It’s always a treat to visit one of our favorite countries, Italia, which really is our “seconda casa,” as we love to say. As always, the food, hospitality and warmth of this country is truly nothing less than spectacular. And Italy has had a beautiful love affair with Ronn for decades. It has been six years since we visited the region of Puglia. The last time we were there, we renewed our wedding vows because it was so romantic, so being back there was like another honeymoon for us. We spent time relaxing by Fasano beach at the Canne Bianche hotel and spa for a few days and even though the weather was a bit rainy, we couldn’t have been happier.

I have enjoyed their wonderful spa and had a four hand massage, which was incredible! Nothing like two massage therapists giving you a massage at the same time! The “Pepper Aroma Peeling” scrub left my body silky soft and the staff was fantastic.  Ronn did a great appearance for their annual car racing event and from there we headed over to stay a couple days at the beautiful “Masseria Torre Cocarro.”  We both experienced an olive oil massage and a grotto like pool.  Unfortunately, we didn’t make it to the “Borgo Egnazia” where we renewed our vows in 2012 on this visit, but hope to return to Puglia again soon.

We then headed to see friends like Gina Lollobrigida in Rome and celebrated my big 55th birthday with Lavinia Biagiotti. As always, the food at the Marco Simone Golf Restaurant is incredible and the hospitality we experience at the Biagiotti castle is like home for us.   We then made our way to Florence to catch up with American friends, Wayne and Rhonda Nelson. Wayne is the lead singer in the American version of “Little River Band.” We had an amazing dinner at one of the oldest restaurants, “Il Paiolo” in the center of Florence and also caught up with Ronn’s ‘Ballando Con Le Stelle” dance partner, Sara DiViara and her family. It was great to see them and experience a Florentine steak at the “Trattoria  Dall Oste” which is a must when visiting Florence.

We then continued on to the countryside of Tuscany to visit the “Tenuta Chiudendone” vineyard and see our dear friends Isabella and Francesco who just had a new baby boy. Prince was a bit jealous of me holding the baby and we had fun doing a cooking class after picking vegetables from their garden. Its always a wonderful peaceful experience at the “Tenuta Chiudendone.”

We are also excited about some new opportunities we are planning to produce for next year just for Italy! In the meantime, we are truly in gratitude for this scrumptious treat we are experiencing so far. Our last weekend journey continued in Amsterdam for a few days of meetings for Ronn’s upcoming European tour, which will start in Belgium and the Netherlands this fall.  Ronn has a new song and music video dedicated to our love for Italy coming soon, along with new Ronn Moss merchandise for his tour, which will include his own signature fragrance line, scarves, T-shirts and a new CD! A cover story on Ronn for Primo magazine in Belgium talks about all the exciting upcoming plans!

After being back in our seconda casa under the graciousness of Lavinia Biagiotti in Italy, it’s a little bit of an adjustment to come back home, especially with a sore throat and potential flu! However, I’m so very grateful for all the wonderful things that are already happening in this brand new shiny year! We had such an amazing last day in Rome visiting the the center of the city. When they say “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” that’s an understatement and so very true. There is simply too much history and art to see, it would take years to consume it all. So I think it’s safe to say we will indeed be back there again and again.

Our flight from Rome was very turbulent and at one point the lady next to me looked like she was going to have a nervous breakdown. Due to bad weather in Frankfurt, our flight was also delayed, so we barely made our connecting flight back to Los Angeles. However, our luggage didn’t make that flight and we just now received them finally!  I must say flying anywhere these days is just not as fun as it use to be and really rather exhausting. So being home feels wonderful right now. Even Prince is feeling this way, as I watch him run around with pure joy playing with his toys and being back in his familiar environment. I just adore that little guy and love it when he runs around making his happy sounds. We are also thrilled to see our kids and spend time cooking and watching movies together, which is what we love doing with them. We watched the musical version of “Beauty and the Beast” the other night, which I hadn’t seen before and it made me cry. And today we are excited to take the girls to see the cirque du soleil show, “Cavalia Odysseo”  tonight! The girls are so excited to see this amazing show and we are too! So I’m resting up all day and determined to get over this sore throat by tonight!  Ronn is kicking off the year with a “Ronn Moss and Friends” concert at our local hotspot, “Bogies” on Jan 28 and tickets are limited, as it’s a small venue. So we are hoping to see a lot of our friends there because this is sure to be a great concert with some awesome surprises! Ronn is performing with the amazing Jawn Star who also performed with him last month in Estonia. If you recall, Jawn also performed with Player for a long time. Speaking of Player, it also happens to be Player’s 40th anniversary for their #1 classic hit song, “Baby Come Back” which was co-written by original members Peter Beckett and JC Crowley back in 1977 and became number one for the first three weeks of 1978, so a very happy anniversary to them! 40 years is long time to be friends with someone and there can indeed be ups and downs from a relationship lasting that long. Many of you have been asking if Ronn has left Player and the answer is absolutely not. He has never left Player and there are a lot of inaccuracies regarding this that are being dealt with now. The truth will be revealed soon enough on these questions, but for now we want to keep positive on the many wonderful things that are indeed happening currently.

I can’t tell you guys everything that’s happening at the moment, but let’s just say it’s super awesome and you will surely love it all. There are so many creative things, it’s simply too much to deal with all at once; and for now we are just happy to be back home and looking forward to celebrating our blessings with our dear friends soon! We hope 2018 is off to a wonderful start for you all and I hope to get back to cooking and catching up live on Periscope soon, so please follow me there so you don’t miss them!

It seems like this past decade has been a struggle for most people we know all over the world. There has been major unrest, division and economic pitfalls that many of us have been constantly complaining of from all corners of the earth. However, all we can do is anticipate hope and change that each year will be better than the last. I’ve always been more of an optimist and believe in my heart that 2018 will bring about that hope that we have all been wanting for so long to finally become a reality. Personally, I’ve been seeing the changes in many of our friends, some of these changes have not been so good and some have been great. We all have our own life journey and life is for us to enjoy. That’s what Ronn and I vow to do each and every day moving forward, enjoy life! If you think about it, the simple things in life is what really brings us the most joy. Cuddling with your dog or cat, having wonderful meals with friends and spending quality time with loved ones.

It’s funny how the most simple things in life can warm your heart and create beautiful memories that we can cherish forever.  It seems the older we get the more simplified we want our lives to become. We revert back to being childlike in many ways both spiritually, mentally and physically even. Many of us are taking care of our parents now and watching the changes that happen with them in these areas. And many of us have lost loved ones who have made an impact on our lives. I can’t tell you how often I find myself forgetting what I thought was so important to say to Ronn in any given moment or how fast time seems to be passing by each year. This tells me that life is fleeting and we must stop and enjoy each and every moment it is offering us. Even the bad times are teaching us something and yet life is still so beautiful in spite of the pitfalls we may be enduring. Nothing is worth giving up a dear friend who has been a major part of your life or holding onto a grudge or anger. You are only hurting yourself in the end and hopefully by the end of your life you will only feel love and happiness, for that really is what life is all about.

Since we have been in Rome spending quality time with our dear friend, Lavinia Biagiotti, we have been speaking of these kinds of things alot. Lavinia lost her mother Laura earlier this year and is an only child, so spending quality time with loved ones is near and dear to her heart, especially now. We were happy to discover a fun art exhibition called, “Enjoy.” Ronn and I were coincidentally introduced to the world’s first 3D sound meditation, called “Synctuition” by a guy in Estonia. And I had been listening to the meditation program each night, which made me sleep so much better. It turned out that I had just listened to one track that kept saying the phrase, “Enjoy life.” I was sharing this at lunch with Lavinia when her uncle suggested we see this “Enjoy” art exhibition that basically had the same concept. The simple things are meant for us to enjoy, whether its the contagious sound of laughter, funny unpredictable moments that are big or small, or anything that makes us smile and feel the essence of being childlike again. We spend way too much time worrying over things we cannot change, or trying to control people who don’t want change. It’s time wasted and energy focused on things that don’t really matter, all we need to do is simply enjoy life!

So as we anticipate 2018, we will take this simple concept with us and try to make each moment count with joy and laughter. We hope to inspire you to do the same for life is way too short and there is nothing else more important. We plan to continue to follow our God given talents and move forward with positive people, love and anything that brings us more joy and happiness. We are finding the more we do this the more of this life brings us. So take the time to let go of all the struggles from the past and know there are brighter days ahead. Deal with the bad things one by one in knowing these things are only temporary and will soon pass and better days are waiting for you to enjoy. Take the time to focus and set goals on only what brings you joy and happiness and all else will fall into place eventually. Enjoy life!

This Thanksgiving was the first time Ronn and I have missed having turkey, but due to Katherine Kelly Lang’s schedule on B&B, we were trying to make this campaign for Chiarelli furniture work, thus traveling the day before Thanksgiving to Italy. I figured an Italian Thanksgiving wouldn’t be so bad, given how much we love Italian food. And traveling abroad the day before Thanksgiving wasn’t bad at all and quite pleasant actually.

We first stopped in Milan for Ronn to do an appearance on the popular Italian show, “Verissimo.” Then we would travel on to Bari, Italy which is in Puglia. How I wished we had more time to visit our special place, Borgo Egnazia, where we renewed our vows last year, but due to my upcoming surgery, we couldn’t stay in our beloved seconda casa longer. Ronn was asked to make a special appearance on “Ballando Con Le Stelle” and to do a Ski show, but it would be impossible due to my surgery, thus our trip was only a week this time. You can view the Verissimo interview by clicking the link below.

Visiting and catching up with Katherine Kelly Lang was fun as usual and the Chiarelli campaign was a big success that put a nice touch on our Italian Thanksgiving weekend. We had the most wonderful food and made some new friends that we are planning to revisit Puglia next year to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and our 10th year together. I was quite to surprised to have so many fans asking for my photo and autograph this trip. Seems we have quite a lot of followers for the blog out there and Ronn is obviously loved more than ever, so taking photos is always endless. It’s so beautiful to see and feel the love from Italy, as always.

Rolly

As always, our trip is never complete without visiting Rome and our soul sister, Lavinia Biagiotti at the gorgeous castle she shares with her mother Laura. We are so at home there and it’s a great place to relax for Ronn. So even though we didn’t have turkey this Thanksgiving, we are still thankful for having visited our seconda casa surrounded by such loving fans and friends.

This has truly been the most magical birthday ever for me and I’ve been celebrating it the entire month of June. Kicking it off with the success of the Canyon Club’s Player performance and extending it to our seconda casa in Roma, Firenze and Venezia with some of our most cherished friends. 50 was always a number I was afraid of in the past because my mom died of breast cancer at that age. I had times when I thought I wouldn’t make it in life to see that number and now I’m so happy and vibrant with my life that it’s indeed just a number to me. I think I will truly love my 50s and will never forget all the love and celebration surrounding this birthday.

IMG_1012IMG_1010

The profound synchronicity of events, people and places that we have experienced during this trip is too much to put in mere words. I feel like the universe has bestowed an array of beautiful gifts, new friendships and love that I just can’t explain. Only to say it’s been pure magic. The fact that we had a huge full moon to boot with me being the ultimate Cancer moon child was no coincidence. It was meant to be a sign that my thoughts, passion and love of life will continue to flourish and I plan to give even more of myself to this world with great eagerness and compassion.

IMG_1044

It’s always been my desire to make my life have meaning beyond mere success of just what I’ve chosen to do in this lifetime. I want to leave something behind that is much bigger than me and nothing is more important to me than giving back to those in need. I so admire women like Audrey Hepburn who did that in spades during her lifetime. So I believe this birthday of my turning a half of a century will mark what my new clear path is from now on and that is to continue to inspire and enlighten others through example. This is a true blessing to have my life take this new path now.

IMG_1029

Because of this new path I have developed a new website for women that is about other dynamic women of this world that are making a difference and it’s called woman to woman. I’m happy to launch it with two amazing women that have already made such great marks on society in this world, supermodel, Kelly Emberg and Hollywood icon, Mamie Van Doren. So please take a look at www.womantowoman.tv and leave a comment on what you think.

Here are a few photos from our trip to gorgeous Venezia and our stop in Firenze for the Laura Biagiotti Doll Collection presentation, which was absolutely amazing! Always the perfect ending to our stay in Roma is when we spend time with our beloved Lavinia and Laura Biagiotti, whom we think of as family. Thank you as always for your wonderful hospitality and for the birthday blessings you have given to me on this milestone. A new Ronn’s Garage is coming with more details from our trip!

Dev & Lori at the Tuscan villa

The past few days spent with our Italian friends who are very much family to us felt so surreal.  Our last days in the gorgeous countryside of Tuscany was set in a quaint “Eco-chic” Boutique farm , TENUTA CHIUDENDONE . Our host was Francesco Cavallini, owner of Emilio Cavallini who has been the premier fashion tights company to many designers all over the world since 1972. We got to tour the factory where they make them and was given so many designs to take home. Lori was in sheer pantyhose heaven and Francesco’s father is a true artist in the unique world of fashion tights.

We were treated to the finest  Tuscan wines at a wonderful wine tasting compliments of, Varramista Winery  and then the highlight of our trip there was a visit to the local supermarket with Ronn. I wanted Francesco and his girlfriend Isabella to show me how to cook a whole fish Tuscan style, so we stopped at the market and even the butcher wanted a picture with Ronn! Lori and I laughed so hard at the reaction from everyone,  including grandmothers and children who seemed to be drawn to Ronn for photos. I will show you guys what I learned about cooking a whole Sea Bass later on Ronn’s Garage. We traveled Saturday by train back to Rome for our final two days in Italy so that we could spend some quality time with the lovely Laura Biagiotti and my Italian sister Lavinia. They always make us feel so at home at the Biagiotti Castle. We topped off our evening with champagne at the Biagiotti boutique. Katherine Kelly Lang joined us and then went back to the castle for an amazing home cooked dinner with Laura. It was such a pleasure to introduce KKL to Laura and turns out, it was a special holiday for Italy was honoring St. Raffelle. The moon was so bright and full that we all felt the aura of excitement and anticipation deep into the night as a flutter of rain drops softly kissed us. Soon a pouring rain storm washed away the smoldering heat and humidity of the summer, and a change of season seemed to happen before our eyes with the breeziness of fall that is so welcomed now.  I started to feel a bit of a cold coming on so I decided to rest in between lunch and dinner on Sunday. Ronn and Lavinia went for a walk and to my surprise, Ronn came back with a perfectly small heart shaped rock he found on the Biagiotti property from their afternoon stroll. I was so amazed and surprised to get this from him and took it as an omen to all the wonderful things that are happening in our lives now.

My Heart shaped Rocks

It’s my gratitude rock, a symbol of our rock solid love that has conquered so much in the past few months. As some you may remember, Ronn found a large heart shaped rock walking on the beach in Malibu a few years ago, so now I have that one next to me in our bedroom and this little one with me at all times. I showed Laura the rock and she said with great flair, “Now, let’s go find a Picasso at the flea market!” Because I admire so much Laura’s wisdom, knowledge and sixth sense, I knew our trip to the flea market was something special she wanted to share with us. And there I found the cutest outfit in the latest fashionable color of deep green for this fall that I will can’t wait to wear with pride. Lavinia wanted to take us to the wedding of chef Filippo La Mantia and his bride, Stefania, which was hailed the most elite party in Rome, and such a glamourous end to our  awesome trip. Lori and I got dressed up for the party and made quite an entrance with Ronn, who epitomized Rock Star.

Lavinia, Eleonora & Ronn
Dev, Eleonora, Ronn & Lori

There we met some of the most prestigious people in Rome, including ballerina, Eleonora Abbagnato.  Lavinia grew up watching Eleonora dance and to meet her was an honor, especially since I’ve never seen a ballet. So she invited me to see her dance in Paris! Being at this party was like seeing a fashion show of the most beautiful people, each designer dress prettier than the next and the most delicious food. It was hard to move because everyone was coming to meet Ronn for photos, but Lori and I watched the whole scene in awe of every minute. Lavinia was so proud to introduce Ronn to everyone there and thus put a thrilling end to another memorable trip in our second home. This change of season is looking very promising and bright, so I’m sure another trip to Italy will be happening very soon!

We are proud of this month’s Ronn’s Garage “Summer Special” that is like 3 shows in one. Since we were in Italy for B&B’s remote shoot and PLAYER’s publicity tour, Ronn decided that he would document the trip. There was a small jam party at our house before we left for Italy, so Ronn included that in the special also and it is the 1st segment. The 2nd segment is the behind the scenes of the B&B shoot and the upcoming 3rd segment is our spontaneous vow renewal in romantic Puglia. We are very happy to see that so many of you are enjoying Ronn’s Garage and stats are showing that it is a huge hit. We welcome your comments and suggestions on making it better with each and every show. Ronn is truly enjoying producing and editing each new show and wants to know what you think. His goal is make the interviews moving and personal, the music fun and to make you feel like you are there with us when we travel. The next upcoming Ronn’s Garage guests will include, Katherine Kelly Lang, Australian artist Brett Livingston Strong and “Quiet Riot” drummer Frankie Banali. So please check out Ronn’s Garage and spread the word that more is coming!

Now that Summer is here we are celebrating outdoors with friends and you know what that means? Lots of“Devin’s Kickass Cajun Seasoning” to share at your BBQs. Speaking of BBQs, we have a few that are coming up with friends this weekend to celebrate Ronn getting his purple belt in karate and my now belated birthday. Since I wanted a quiet birthday this year, Ronn and I spent it alone in Lake Arrowhead being creative. I started working on a new novel and he worked on the upcoming Ronn’s Garage that I know you guys will absolutely love. It features a part of the jam party we had with friends like Joel Berliner, Peter Beckett and Player, along with surprise guest Ray Parker Jr on drums. I think it shows how much fun Ronn and the boys have in the garage. Then of course we have behind the scenes of the Puglia B&B shoot and peaks of the the press that Ronn and Peter did in Italy. We end this month’s Ronn’s Garage with our personal surprise, our wedding vow renewal in Puglia.

Robin Krasny & Lavinia Biagiotti

It was so romantic at the Borgo Egnazia Villa and I had teased Ronn about how many times he’s been married to Brooke so much that he and I spontaneously decided to renew our vows there. Since we had some of our Italian family visiting the B&B set like German artist, Michael Mobius and fashion designer, Lavinia Biagiotti we thought it would be perfect to have them celebrate with us. Our dear friend Robin Krasny, of Robin and Eddy officiated our ceremony and sang as I walked down a gorgeous staircase for our sunset vows. The owner of the beautiful “Borgo Egnazia” resort and spa provided us with a harpist and his mother made our wedding cake! My wedding dress was a gift from Laura Biagiotti who provided all of our wardrobe. It was an absolute dream and I didn’t plan any of it, which if you know me, know is very weird for me. The flowers were also a gift from Aldo and Camilla who own the Borgo Egnazia and Ronn’s Italian manager, Gianluca was in attendance, helped arrange an amazing dinner for us. Ronn and I have always wanted a wedding in Italy, so this couldn’t have been more romantic or special and to have it be so spontaneous was wonderful for me to experience. Now we have the 4th of July bash at the Playboy mansion coming up and then Ronn will be on vacation from B&B until August. We have been asked to be guests on Marie Osmond’s new talk show next month and have some other exciting projects in the works to share with you later as they develop. We think it’s going to a be a fabulous summer and we plan on having fun. So have a safe and happy 4th to you all and we hope you’re having a great summer too!

We are back from Puglia and a bit jet lagged still, but the memories will linger for a while. I had never been to southern Italy and must admit was a bit excited to see this region. We stayed the first few days at the Masseria San Domenico  which was where B&B filmed. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh home grown vegetables were so great that’s all I wanted to eat there. The weather was a lot like LA with sunny warm days and cooler nights. A few miles away from the Masseria San Domenico is another newer hotel called, Borgo Egnazia and both places are owned by the same people. The Borgo Egnazia is so romantic and beautifully decorated with an award winning spa. The cast and crew were made to feel at home at both places since some of the crew were staying at the Borgo Egnazia. We were treated to complimentary massages, facials and body scrubs and the whole atmosphere felt like heaven. Two other location days were spent at this gorgeous little town, Alberobello, where all the homes have cone like roof tops  and the town of Polignano a Mare. Both places were a must to see and the people are so nice. Puglia provides 70% of the world’s olive oil and has so many amazing olive trees everywhere. They also provide 10% of Europe’s wine and pasta. At the end of the B&B shoot, Ronn and I moved over to the Borgo Egnazia to stay in one of the 3 bedroom private villas that had it’s own pool. The villa was like our own private little mansion. We invited some of our European friends like German artist Michael Mobius and designer Lavinia Biagiotti to come and share it with us. Ronn and Katherine Kelly Lang did a commercial in Bari after the B&B shoot was over, so this was an added treat to our final day there. Puglia has become a very special place for us and we will surly return. An upcoming special “Ronn’s Garage” episode will be dedicated to our experiences there, truly a magical place for us! [wpvideo LyQZiAbV]

It’s been over a week that we have been in our beloved second home, Italy. As always, we feel the love instantly especially with Ronn, as he has always had a big love affair with beautiful Italia. It seems since, “Ballando con le Stelle” he is more recognized as Ronn instead of Ridge, which is quite nice. After all of the press he did for his PLAYER album with Peter Beckett, we celebrated the release of Lavinia Biagiotti’s book, which is a cute and colorful book that displays tips on fashion. Lavinia is like my sister and she and her mom, Laura always makes us feel at home with them. I’m happy to announce that I will be helping them bring back the beloved fragrance, “Venezia” to America. The fragrance has many fans and requests in America and right now isn’t currently distributed there. I love the smell and right away started getting compliments since I’ve been wearing it. Jacqueline MacInnes-Wood who plays Steffy on B&B fell in love with it instantly also. So we are excited to relaunch “Venezia” in the US now. Since we have said goodbye to our friends in Rome, we are now in beautiful Puglia among the olive groves, which feels like heaven. There is an amazing spa that I’m looking forward to trying and the food has been spectacular. Seems like the vegetables are so fresh and flavorful that is all I want to eat right now. The seafood is also amazing and so is the wine. Needless to say we never go hungry in Italia. The B&B shoot is going very well, quite relaxing with gorgeous days and beautiful nights spent with the cast and crew. There are more of our Italian friends coming later this week to visit with us and Ronn and Katherine Kelly Lang are shooting a cute and funny commercial at the end of the week. Italia is always busy for Ronn with shoots, press and trying to fit so much in with friends in such a short period of time. But, we love Italia and their culture and really do think of it as our second home. A home we hope to spend more and more time in future years.

So far it’s been a fun week for us. We had a blast at the Laura Biagiotti fashion show and Ronn presented Laura with flowers at the end of the show. We stayed at the beautiful and prestigious Principe Di Savoia hotel and had a romantic dinner cooked at our table. Dan McVicar joined us at the fashion show and for lunch at Bice with Lavinia and some of her friends. We then headed back by train and stopped in Florence where Sara DiViara picked us up to drive us to her hometown, Bulgheri. This cutest little town I’ve ever seen and we were greeted by the entire community upon arrival. Then we had the most delicious tuscan food and stay in a sweet little hotel, woke up to a beautiful breakfast overlooking the scenic view of the town and Ronn signed autographs and took pictures with just about everyone.A Ballando crew was on hand to capture the moments as Sara gave us a tour of the vineyard and we stopped at her home to have lunch, compliments of her mother’s cooking. Their wine DiVaira is one of the best Italian wines we have had and the meal was complete with homemade lasagna and home grown vegetables that were so tasty and fresh. We continued walking through the town greeting everyone. I felt like I was campaigning for Ronn to run for Italy’s next president, as I took pictures with people, was kissed by a lot of grandmothers and held a lot of babies along the way. I got a lot of compliments on what I said to the jury in Italian last week on the show and the whole town had flyers and banners up that said, “Vote for Ronn and Sara.” We went around to several houses when “Beautiful” was on air and surprised a few people when they saw Ronn and Sara the their door. The day ended at the beach with a beautiful sunset and Ronn and I got a wonderful invitation to vacation at the prestigious Tombolo resort, which has the most amazing spa and view of the sea. We headed back to Rome and Ronn has been focused on dance lessons the rest of this week. He didn’t want the cast and crew from Ballando to do anything special for his birthday and it’s a usual work day of rehearsals for him. We will go out to dinner later to celebrate with a DiVaira bottle of wine, a present from Sara’s family. I will return home on Sunday after show number 8 and Ronn will stay until next Sunday so that he can get some more dance lessons in before the finals. I think it’s so cute how much he wants to win this competition now, considering I had to kick his butt to get him to do the show to begin with! Personally, I think they have an excellent chance of winning and predict that they will take home that huge trophy!

Love Dev

Ronn and I are heading home today and I can’t wait! Rome has been a wonderful experience, unlike any of my other trips here and Ronn feels the same way. We have made some terrific friends, like gorgeous Nancy Brilli and her adorable husband Roy, who cooked us an amazing dinner. Our beautiful dear friend, Lavinia Biagiotti treated us like royalty on Christmas, in her beautiful castle with her mother Laura and our new friend Loreto took us on that wonderful private tour of the Vatican and Sistine chapel and turned us on to a wonderful little restaurant we will never forget. Ronn is now having an emotional and unique experience with all the dancers on Ballando con le stelle and is having a lot of fun. Although, it’s alot of hard work, he is challenging himself with it and is excited to show Italy who Ronn really is. For so long, Italy has loved “Ridge” but hasn’t known the man who has brought him to life. I was very proud of him last night and thought he did a fabulous job, in spite of the critical comments made by the judges. They don’t understand that Ronn has had to work twice as hard as everyone else; in a shorter amount of time due to also shooting B&B. He will be flying back and forth every week to do B&B and will only have one good day to rehearse his dance for that week, whereas all the other dancers will have the whole week to prepare. I think what he did in the amount of time he has had to prepare is simply amazing! I’m sure as the show progresses, everyone will come to see who Ronn really is and how dedicated he is to his work and his fans. He appreciates so much the fans in Italy who has cast their votes for him. Until our next trip together…..

Love
