It’s so nice to be back in Amsterdam after spending a few days in Glasgow, Scotland. As most of you know, I was invited by the Burnt Church Film Club to make an appearance there for the film I did over 30 years ago called, “Society.” If you haven’t seen that film then you may not know what a following it has had for being one of the strangest movie ever made! Brian Yuzna, who wrote the film “Honey I Shrunk The Kids” and directed the critically acclaimed film, “Re-Animator” directed me in this film “Society” which has since become quite a cult classic around the world.

This was my first time visiting Scotland and it fell on our wedding anniversary, so two great excuses to say yes to this offer. Ronn loves a colder climate and it was a nice change from the heat we have been experiencing in Italy this past month. Now that we are back in Amsterdam, its starting to really feel like fall and I love seeing that the leaves are starting to change into all their fall colors. Life is ever changing and personally I love seeing things change and morphing into other interesting things that hopefully helps us all grow as human beings. Traveling is quite an experience because we are constantly seeing the changes of different cultures, foods and accents and this is what I love most about traveling. So I must say that Scotland was quite a quirky, but interesting experience just for the sheer fact that they drive on the opposite side of the street, speak with a distinct accent and have a much colder climate than I’m use to. The people were really down to earth and friendly also.

However, I’m more European at heart and look forward to the next couple months in Belgium and Italy where Ronn is doing many personal appearances and preparing for a much bigger music tour than we had planned. It’s been obvious that many fans miss seeing Ronn daily on television and for millions of fans he will always be their “Ridge.” So the requests for meet and greets have been getting overwhelming. Seems everyone now wants us to visit their country and meet Ronn and sometimes me and Prince. This is why we also said yes to an invite to make an appearance in Dortmund, Germany this Sunday, September 30th.  More appearances are now scheduled for Belgium and Italy in between the rehearsals for Ronn’s music tour that will now take place next summer!  Ronn is directing and starring in a commercial campaign with LooknLike for Belgium that will include some exclusive meet and greet acoustic concerts in October and November.  And Ronn’s new merchandise line will also launch his own cologne. You can find info out on all of this here.

This first meet and greet concert will be on October 7 and others will follow in early November. Other changes include a much bigger preparation for the “My Baby’s Back” world tour with band rehearsals in Italy in mid October and November, along with press appearances, as this will be a big production to present the first Ronn Moss music tour for Europe! We are also excited to announce “Ronn’s Garage” is coming back finally! We are shooting a new version in Amsterdam with a very  exciting guest to kick it off again! Life always brings us new and interesting things to share with you guys and we love sharing our lives with you, so I know you will love the new “Ronn’s Garage” concept that we are producing from Europe!

Just as there are life’s changes, there are also challenges and some of those challenges involve things from our past. In Ronn’s case, it’s been his battle with Peter Beckett and Player, of which most of you know he has filed a lawsuit against for his infringement on the trademark name.  Seems Peter Beckett has tried to steal the name of band for himself and Ronn had no choice but to file this lawsuit. I’m happy to announce we have prevailed in their attempt to dismiss our suit and a date has been set for the trial. No one, including the judge thinks of Peter Beckett alone as Player and I’m quite sure we will prevail in this dispute. It’s sad that egos and greed can ruin things once beautiful, but sometimes the universe gives you these curve balls for a good reason. These challenges become life lessons and enable growth and sometimes bigger and better things comes as a result. I believe this is true with Ronn as a musician because many of you have been asking for Ronn to sing more instead of just playing bass and doing “Baby Come Back,” as he’s been doing with Peter in concerts these past few years since leaving “The Bold and The Beautiful.” So many of you will get that wish now and see a lot more of just Ronn Moss singing all over the world!

Other challenges have included the world’s view of Ronn as “Ridge Forrester.” We can see the emotions from so many of you around the world that sincerely miss Ronn as that character he played so well for so long. He was part of your family and you miss him dearly and this is why he will always be “Ridge” to so many of you around the world. However, Brad Bell made the choice of recasting Ridge and he now wants you to accept this. Because of this change, and the fact that Ronn has moved back to music and other challenges like his role on our multiple Emmy winning Amazon series, “The Bay” as John Blackwell, it’s become obvious that Bell does not even want Ronn in photos with Katherine Kelly Lang.  Many of you have been asking why Ronn took out Kelly in the photo advertising his first personal appearance in Germany, so I felt that it should be addressed. He did that because Kelly was upset over it, which really made no sense to us? It’s nearly impossible to think of “The Bold and The Beautiful” for millions of fans in so many countries and not think of Ronn with Kelly? It’s also rightfully part of his resume’ and will always be a huge credit for him and it’s the way many of you still think of him. We have discovered that Belgium and Holland are binge watching ‘The Bold and the Beautiful” from the beginning because you miss Ronn so much and many of you have personally told us how much you dislike the current show. I understand the fantasy of wanting to see him back in that role, but it’s quite obvious that Bell has made a choice and that’s the way it is and will remain. He seems to want to now erase the memory of Ronn from the canvas and wants you to accept seeing Kelly with this new Ridge and we believe this is why Kelly was asked to say something to Ronn about this photo. Its pretty near impossible to erase 25 years of memories for millions of people and the petty ego of someone to dictate something like this is pretty disgusting not to mention impossible. Can you imagine having every co-star you have done movies or television scenes with asking you to not use their photo to promote yourself in a personal appearance?

Actors have credits from a body of work that they have done in film and television and it is from these credits that promoters take photos and videos to promote them. “The Bold and the Beautiful” seem to have no problem using Ronn for their benefit like that have obviously been doing with the use of these videos on DVD, but it’s going to be nearly impossible to erase the thousands of photos and videos of Ronn as Ridge Forrester that’s on the Internet and in the minds of so many fans around the world. Ronn did not make this promo for this upcoming German appearance, the promoter of that event did, but Kelly said she didn’t like it, so Ronn took her out of the promo as quickly as he could and vowed to never let that happen again. She claimed it wasn’t personal and that she should have been asked, but we suspect this was directly coming from Brad Bell. I’ve always been honest about my feelings regard him and how they treated Ronn and this is why I’m addressing it again now. This was truly the most petty uncalled for request and simply sad to hear coming from Kelly herself. Ronn did take it personally, how could he not? He worked nearly half his life on that show, did countless photos and content for it and they want to now dictate whether a photo is used in a meet and greet promo can be used by a promoter who does nothing but these kinds of things for hundreds of film and television stars? I’ll just let you guys talk about how you feel about that one!  Personally I think karma is setting in big time here and what goes up must also come down and soon the world can decide for itself on both of these challenges from Ronn’s past.

We all make choices in life that take us on journeys and carves the roads that marks the path in our lives. Our choice is to move forward with the wonderful new path we have carved for our lives and continue to be happy and healthy in our minds, bodies and spirits.  Our choice is to be positive in spite of the challenges and to stay focused on all the wonderful new opportunities we have in front of us. Our choice is to set the past free and move into the future with the hope that we can all learn to love and support each other.  I am actually looking forward now to these next couple of months in Europe and I hope to meet many of you along our journey!

It’s always a treat to visit one of our favorite countries, Italia, which really is our “seconda casa,” as we love to say. As always, the food, hospitality and warmth of this country is truly nothing less than spectacular. And Italy has had a beautiful love affair with Ronn for decades. It has been six years since we visited the region of Puglia. The last time we were there, we renewed our wedding vows because it was so romantic, so being back there was like another honeymoon for us. We spent time relaxing by Fasano beach at the Canne Bianche hotel and spa for a few days and even though the weather was a bit rainy, we couldn’t have been happier.

I have enjoyed their wonderful spa and had a four hand massage, which was incredible! Nothing like two massage therapists giving you a massage at the same time! The “Pepper Aroma Peeling” scrub left my body silky soft and the staff was fantastic.  Ronn did a great appearance for their annual car racing event and from there we headed over to stay a couple days at the beautiful “Masseria Torre Cocarro.”  We both experienced an olive oil massage and a grotto like pool.  Unfortunately, we didn’t make it to the “Borgo Egnazia” where we renewed our vows in 2012 on this visit, but hope to return to Puglia again soon.

We then headed to see friends like Gina Lollobrigida in Rome and celebrated my big 55th birthday with Lavinia Biagiotti. As always, the food at the Marco Simone Golf Restaurant is incredible and the hospitality we experience at the Biagiotti castle is like home for us.   We then made our way to Florence to catch up with American friends, Wayne and Rhonda Nelson. Wayne is the lead singer in the American version of “Little River Band.” We had an amazing dinner at one of the oldest restaurants, “Il Paiolo” in the center of Florence and also caught up with Ronn’s ‘Ballando Con Le Stelle” dance partner, Sara DiViara and her family. It was great to see them and experience a Florentine steak at the “Trattoria  Dall Oste” which is a must when visiting Florence.

We then continued on to the countryside of Tuscany to visit the “Tenuta Chiudendone” vineyard and see our dear friends Isabella and Francesco who just had a new baby boy. Prince was a bit jealous of me holding the baby and we had fun doing a cooking class after picking vegetables from their garden. Its always a wonderful peaceful experience at the “Tenuta Chiudendone.”

We are also excited about some new opportunities we are planning to produce for next year just for Italy! In the meantime, we are truly in gratitude for this scrumptious treat we are experiencing so far. Our last weekend journey continued in Amsterdam for a few days of meetings for Ronn’s upcoming European tour, which will start in Belgium and the Netherlands this fall.  Ronn has a new song and music video dedicated to our love for Italy coming soon, along with new Ronn Moss merchandise for his tour, which will include his own signature fragrance line, scarves, T-shirts and a new CD! A cover story on Ronn for Primo magazine in Belgium talks about all the exciting upcoming plans!

It still feels somewhat surreal that “The Bay” has won a forth Emmy as, “Best Digital Drama Series” and that win has broken a record because no other daytime drama has won four times in a row ever! And it was the first time our category was allowed to be viewed with the other remaining daytime dramas because for the past three years they had us only in the Creative Emmys. “The Bay” has grown tremendously over the past few years and our being on Amazon has helped many of our viewers binge watch the past three seasons! Ronn and I have been producers for the past four years and will add two more of these golden beauties to our home now giving the two of us eight Emmys so far!

Our Bay team has truly become part of our family and we couldn’t be more proud and grateful for all our Emmy wins thus far! So what is in store for season four? Well I can tell you that we shot our first remote shoot last year in Belgium, and John Blackwell will become a bit more interesting because we find out more of who he really is and he may even have a love interest. Ronn has been having fun playing John Blackwell because he really is so different from Ridge Forrester, so those of you who are missing seeing him on television, now is the time to go and binge on “The Bay” and find out what you have been missing!

There were three new categories that opened up this year for digital dramas, Best Director, Best Guest Star, and Best Writing, along with, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Digital Drama. We nearly swept all of these categories with the exception of Best Writing and Best Actress which went to the series, “Zack and Mia.” It seems “The Bay” has been the pioneer in Digital Drama for Daytime and I feel this is the direction all of the remaining network shows are now headed. Many other digital dramas are popping up with other daytime stars in them, but none are as dramatic or cinematic as “The Bay.” It’s easy to see the passion that our executive producer, writer, director and creator, Gregori J. Martin has and why it’s been so successful and we are so proud that he was the first to win Best Director in this new category. Congratulations to Kristos Andrews who took home Best Actor, Jade Harlow for Best Supporting Actress, Eric Nelson for Best Supporting Actor and Patrika Darbo for Best Guest Star and congratulations to all our nominees! This win was truly special for all of us and I think a game changer in digital drama!

It’s strange but I find myself drawn to him in the month of April more than ever since his untimely passing almost two years ago. I know he is still so missed in the hearts of many, especially by the women who loved him. I know personally because I was one of those women. It often makes me chuckle at how Prince could size you up as a woman and know exactly how to seduce you to fall hopelessly madly in love with him. It became art for him to explore you as a total woman, which meant all of Prince’s romances began with real friendship first. Sheila E, Vanity, Susannah Melvoin, Mayte, Manuela, all started out as friends with Prince before ever progressing to the bedroom. Prince needed to get into your head and mind first. I think that’s why he went out of his way to try and impress you by being such a gentleman. And he was indeed the ultimate charmer and seducer.

Prince’s Father Mr. Nelson and his manager Steve Fargnoli and me

Only Prince could rock his unique style that captured your fashion sense and made you want to dress up with him or borrow his clothes. In my case, he would give me many of this clothes to wear because I think he liked seeing me rock his clothes and he loved that everyone wondered who I was because I was wearing them. He got such a kick out of this. I remember asking why couldn’t I talk to his band “The Revolution,” but he wanted me to remain a mystery to everyone. He knew once my Playboy hit the stands that everyone would know, so he seduced me mind, body and soul up until that moment. I remember him looking at my Playboy data sheet when my June 1985 issue hit the newsstands with a big smile on his face seeing that I wrote Prince as my favorite music artist; and that I liked my dream guy to be honest, which is why he broke things off with me to reveal that he was going to be living with someone. That someone was Susannah, whom he was seeing on again off again before he met me and after Vanity left him.

Prince, according to his first wife Mayte, said that there were always one girl coming to Minneapolis and one girl leaving. She came after Carmen Electra in the early 90s. Since I was the mid 80s and during the “Purple Rain” tour, I can now see Prince always had one girl coming and one girl going. I understood that Vanity had jealousy issues about Susan Moonsie, Prince’s first love who was also a part of Vanity 6. Prince also never left any of this girlfriends, lovers, he sort of floated in and out of your life like air or water and the girls ultimately all left him out of suffocation, or out of lack of communication once he decided to move on to someone new that struck his fancy.

Just when you thought you could get even closer he would push you away. His music during any given time in history is like his own autobiography. He wrote songs that were inspired by the women he hung out with at that period and time. “Little Red Corvette” was most certainly written about Vanity. Having intrigued Vanity away from Rick James when he met her at the “American Music Awards” made Vanity a great seduction for Prince. They were mirror images and wild sex to look at in person. I happen to have spent time with Vanity also and can clearly see the ultimate attraction for both them. Vanity and Prince were both way too career oriented and married to their careers more than to each other. That breakup left him heartbroken and Susannah Melvoin picked up those pieces and inspired him to love more.

I inspired him to be honest because I think he wanted me to only remember him the purest form of that fantasy guy.  Susannah ultimately left him and Minneapolis. I think Prince meeting me in Chicago and my moving to LA showed him I would never live in Minneapolis, so the way I stayed around his world was under the management of his managers at that time who were handling my acting career. He even had to ultimately seduce Sheila E and get her in his band as his drummer to make her fall in love with him. Only a woman that hung out with Prince can attest to how much he could stimulate all your senses. If you were on his level regarding music like Sheila or dance like Mayte, you were going to have a lot of fun in his world.

Since I was a Playboy model with no singing or dancing aspirations, Prince didn’t know how to fit me into his world. That’s why I was under the umbrella of his manager for my career as an actress was then taking off with movies like, “Can’t Buy Me Love.”  I was indeed his friend and he and I both knew we would always want to be friends. That’s why he entrusted me to hang out with his father, Mr. Nelson when going to events like the premiere of “Under The Cherry Moon.” He taught me the art of being cool since I would be the fantasy of so many, it was a necessary art to learn looking back. He knew my being a Playmate would mean many Hollywood directors and producers would want to know me.

Prince inspired all the women in his life to be their best in every area. He wanted his women to be sexy and beautiful at all times, he wanted perfection in music and required it or he would take penalties out in the form of your pay for mistakes. He wanted many of his women to be virgins and that he be your first and someone you would have a hard time getting over. He was very possessive and jealous even when you were no longer with him. That’s why the music he wrote around his relationships are so very important. It tells you right where he was at that time period in his life. Sex was always a big thread in his music, but so were politics, love and God. He wanted to showcase his life and how he loved women through his music.

In honor of Prince this weekend I am offering the kindle version of my memoir, “The Day It Snowed In April” for only .99, so you all have a chance to know my unique story with this amazing iconic musician we all will forever love! It’s so strange that we celebrate his life on the anniversary of his death, but again I don’t feel he’s really gone because his music lives on and his life was indeed so vibrant and full that we should always celebrate him in our hearts. Those of us who had the privilege to know him personally will forever be grateful for these cherished memories.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner so I wanted to give you guys a little update on our recent adventures and upcoming plans. With all the anger and vile attacks that we have going on in our world, a little love these days is all most of us need. We personally never watch the news on television and try our best to be in gratitude each and every day for each other and all the wonderful positive things we have in our lives because it can surely change at any given moment. Taking the time to smile at a stranger or say kind words to those who may need to hear them can really make someone’s day. It’s the little things in life that make our world so special. We are so blessed to be able to share so much of what we experience with you guys and I promise I will be back with live streams soon.

Ronn and I had the great opportunity to see Clint Eastwood’s new movie, “15:17 To Paris” which was based on a true story of these three young men who saved countless lives on a train a couple of years ago, when a terrorist was on board shooting innocent people. The real heroes of that day played themselves in the film and we got to meet them. Spencer Stone was the brave young man that faced that terrorist head on, risking his own life and miraculously spared by what he attributed, the grace of God. It’s a movie everyone should check out. Clint seemed taken by little Prince and he was a big hit on the red carpet of the premiere.

We also got to share the amazing Gina Lollobrigida’s party celebrating her star on the Hollywood walk of fame at age 91. Gina is quite a talented woman who isn’t just an actress, but an amazing artist and sculptor. This little lady makes gigantic sculptures!  A lot of her work is already in museums around the world and we are very proud of our new friend. I only hope to be half as energetic as she is if I make it to 90. Ronn and I plan to spend a quiet Valentine’s Day at home, which we are enjoying as much as possible before we head back to Europe in the next couple of weeks. We are going to Fashion Week in Milan and will spend some time this trip in Tuscany, as well as, other parts of Italy both for business and pleasure. We will indeed be spending more time in Europe for various projects in different countries and for Ronn’s upcoming fall tour.

Most of you know I try to blog in a positive manner about the things we are doing in our lives, however we are going through a bit of drama with Ronn’s band PLAYER and his partner Peter Beckett now, and I will be blogging in depth on that subject soon. There has been a lot of confusion among fans concerning Ronn and the band and truth needs to be told. Ronn was lied to by Peter while we were in Europe about having a sub bass player for one concert and now he’s trying to literally steal PLAYER from Ronn and claims he is PLAYER all by himself, so we have no choice but to embark into a lawsuit against him after months of attempting to talk and being ignored. Sometimes life throws you curve balls to send you in other directions and we know that nothing lasts forever and change is something that makes life interesting. As always, I will speak more in depth on this later when I have more time. In the meantime, there are more Ronn Moss and Friends concerts to look forward to here in Los Angeles when we return from Europe. And Ronn is now working on a very interesting movie project that we will tell you more about as things develop. I will leave you guys with our book, “My Husband’s A Dog, My Wife’s A Bitch” which is a funny look at relationships. Just remember all we need is love and try and spread a little of what you have around this Valentine’s Day!

It seems like this past decade has been a struggle for most people we know all over the world. There has been major unrest, division and economic pitfalls that many of us have been constantly complaining of from all corners of the earth. However, all we can do is anticipate hope and change that each year will be better than the last. I’ve always been more of an optimist and believe in my heart that 2018 will bring about that hope that we have all been wanting for so long to finally become a reality. Personally, I’ve been seeing the changes in many of our friends, some of these changes have not been so good and some have been great. We all have our own life journey and life is for us to enjoy. That’s what Ronn and I vow to do each and every day moving forward, enjoy life! If you think about it, the simple things in life is what really brings us the most joy. Cuddling with your dog or cat, having wonderful meals with friends and spending quality time with loved ones.

It’s funny how the most simple things in life can warm your heart and create beautiful memories that we can cherish forever.  It seems the older we get the more simplified we want our lives to become. We revert back to being childlike in many ways both spiritually, mentally and physically even. Many of us are taking care of our parents now and watching the changes that happen with them in these areas. And many of us have lost loved ones who have made an impact on our lives. I can’t tell you how often I find myself forgetting what I thought was so important to say to Ronn in any given moment or how fast time seems to be passing by each year. This tells me that life is fleeting and we must stop and enjoy each and every moment it is offering us. Even the bad times are teaching us something and yet life is still so beautiful in spite of the pitfalls we may be enduring. Nothing is worth giving up a dear friend who has been a major part of your life or holding onto a grudge or anger. You are only hurting yourself in the end and hopefully by the end of your life you will only feel love and happiness, for that really is what life is all about.

Since we have been in Rome spending quality time with our dear friend, Lavinia Biagiotti, we have been speaking of these kinds of things alot. Lavinia lost her mother Laura earlier this year and is an only child, so spending quality time with loved ones is near and dear to her heart, especially now. We were happy to discover a fun art exhibition called, “Enjoy.” Ronn and I were coincidentally introduced to the world’s first 3D sound meditation, called “Synctuition” by a guy in Estonia. And I had been listening to the meditation program each night, which made me sleep so much better. It turned out that I had just listened to one track that kept saying the phrase, “Enjoy life.” I was sharing this at lunch with Lavinia when her uncle suggested we see this “Enjoy” art exhibition that basically had the same concept. The simple things are meant for us to enjoy, whether its the contagious sound of laughter, funny unpredictable moments that are big or small, or anything that makes us smile and feel the essence of being childlike again. We spend way too much time worrying over things we cannot change, or trying to control people who don’t want change. It’s time wasted and energy focused on things that don’t really matter, all we need to do is simply enjoy life!

So as we anticipate 2018, we will take this simple concept with us and try to make each moment count with joy and laughter. We hope to inspire you to do the same for life is way too short and there is nothing else more important. We plan to continue to follow our God given talents and move forward with positive people, love and anything that brings us more joy and happiness. We are finding the more we do this the more of this life brings us. So take the time to let go of all the struggles from the past and know there are brighter days ahead. Deal with the bad things one by one in knowing these things are only temporary and will soon pass and better days are waiting for you to enjoy. Take the time to focus and set goals on only what brings you joy and happiness and all else will fall into place eventually. Enjoy life!

It’s been difficult to find the time to blog these past few weeks. Ronn and I have been on the go, meaning living out of our suitcases from the vineyards of Bordeaux to Rotterdam and some stops like Paris and Gent in between. It’s been an awesome experience of fun changes in culture, food and people. We have met some people we can see will indeed become lifelong new friends. Our past few months in Europe has been one of the best experiences of our lives! It’s been a priceless, educational look at what we want for our future and we are thinking seriously of splitting our time between Europe and LA. This has always been a dream of mine and I feel more European anyway. Maybe it’s growing up in Louisiana, but I can see and feel the influence of the European culture on me, especially when it comes to food and wine. And Belgium is just so centrally located to traveling anywhere within Europe that we have decided to make it our hub. We have especially fallen in love with beautiful Gent and I was thrilled to make the first remote overseas happen for  “The Bay”in Gent! We filmed two days of season 4 at the gorgeous 1989 The Post hotel that is located on the canal in the center of Gent. However, I became really ill during the first day of “The Bay” shoot and was throwing up so badly that I thought I had food poisoning from eating too many raw oysters in Rotterdam. This stomach bug lasted nearly a week for me making it difficult for me to enjoy the food and wine we were having in Bordeaux on our first day there, but now  I’m finally feeling better and looking forward to getting back home to America and to our friends and family in time for Thanksgiving.

Since we have been here the past few months, we have also witnessed the most horrific crisis’ America has ever faced. Two unbelievable devastating hurricanes that made the state of Florida and Texas declared two of the worst natural disasters ever in our lifetime! Then came the death of our beloved Hugh Hefner and the iconic, Tom Petty which really shocked us all and the horrific shootings in Las Vegas. Hearing of these tragic events made us very sad, but it also made us even more grateful for all of the wonderful, positive new experiences, friendships and new creative ventures that have been forming. Our ever expanding universe is just filled with surprises along your given path in life. It’s important for you to pay attention and be inspired more than be in comparison to others. It often leads you on the right path with pots of gold at the end. Priceless, beautiful gifts that come around once in a lifetime,  that are one of a kind or too magnificent to put into mere words have been some of the things we have experienced over these past few months.

We have had the unique opportunity to be completely present in the beauty of Belgium and have had the time to get to know this country from living in Antwerp, De Haan and Brugge. It’s been so nice to stay put in one place and experience all that it has to offer in the way of food, culture and their way of life. I just love how Europe in general really takes pride and put good nutritious food as a priority in their lives. Restaurants are always filled with lots of lively people enjoying great memories they are sharing with others over food and wine on a daily basis. Ronn and I got to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary in one of my favorite places, Bordeaux. We even re-connected with the owner of a chateau we stayed at the last time we were in Bordeaux, which was 8 years ago just before we got married. So our short time spent again with these people was a beautiful experience. Our friend is the most passionate person I’ve ever met about wines, especially Bordeaux wines! He knows practically all of the wineries and their owners and publishes the local newsletter on the “Bordeaux Experience.” We were invited to Bordeaux by new friends who came to Ronn’s show in Blankenberge over the summer. It turns out that our new Bordeaux friends are actually from Belgium and also have a gorgeous winery in Bordeaux, so I guess you could say it was meant to be that we celebrate our anniversary there.

Paris is one of my favorite cities and a city you could never see enough of or experience all that it has to offer. We only had a day to see something Ronn and I hadn’t seen yet and it was recommended that we see the top of “Montimartre” to see the view of the city. It happened to be a beautiful sunny day and we got a good amount of exercise climbing those stairs to reach the top of Montimartre. When we reached the top there were a trio of men singing that became infectious enough to make Ronn join in with them. This was not something I’ve not seen him do before. There was an outdoor food and wine tasting going on and we hung out walking around and tasting a variety of scrumptious foods and wines before catching our train back to Antwerp.  This was a week excursion to France that also made us appreciate being back in Belgium because most people speak English, although being in France made us want to learn French because it’s such a beautiful language to listen to in any capacity.

We are now counting down the days before we will return home to the states and Ronn is doing a few more shows of “Brasschaatste Huisvrouwen” with the final shows in Brugge next week. They have been getting standing ovations for their performances like the one last week in Gent. It’s beautiful to see how much Belgium loves Ronn and appreciates his musical and acting talents. I’ve also witnessed the same love during our short visit to France. Seems like everyone wants a photo with him for their mothers, grandmothers and themselves.  Ronn is looking forward to coming back for some really cool new projects in the way of music, merchandising, hosting and acting in the near future. He is also excited about the upcoming concerts in December that will be in Spain, Estonia, and Latvia. We will also visit beautiful Vienna in December and may be adding in a few more surprises for DevRonn fans along the way like the upcoming DevRonn party this coming weekend. I will be cooking my gumbo for a select group at the Van de Valk Hotel in Gent on Oct 22nd. We also have some interest in our Devin’s Kickass Cajun Seasoning and Ronn’s BBQ Sauce recipes being developed in Belgium for distribution in Europe. So I guess I’ll be cooking a bit more in Europe in the future which makes me happy!

Witnessing the devastating losses from the recent natural disasters, mass shootings and wildfires over just the past four months has also shown us how precious, fragile and brief life itself really is. It’s important to surround ourselves with those who lift us up, enlighten and understand that standing together is way more empowering that standing alone. There is power in numbers for those of us that want a common positive goal. So we always try to find a way to give back, have fun and enjoy the life we have been so blessed to have.

Watching all the crazy weather and politics from Europe has been rather surreal lately. It almost doesn’t seem like reality at all, but is indeed very very real and has had an impact on some dear friends of ours in Texas, Florida and the Caribbean. Growing up in Louisiana I’ve had my fair share of hurricanes and tornadoes, but nothing of this magnitude. One of my dearest friends just completed renovations of her house only to see it destroyed by Harvey. Most of my cousins live in Houston and thank God have been safe. Changes in weather patterns have been happening all over the world lately. In Belgium there has been more rain than sunshine this summer. Although, we don’t mind the rain due to our constant sunshine in LA, the locals have been complaining about not really having their normal summer weather. So carrying an umbrella almost daily has been a must for us!

All these changes and challenges is what makes life interesting, how boring would it be if everything would always stay the same? Like the weather, life has a way of changing and challenging you to go further with possibilities to find your destiny.  Part of the reason that Ronn took the challenge of doing an original play that was written with him in mind was to challenge himself as an actor and performer. It was also a change for us to come and stay in another country for an extended period of time. And these past couple of months have indeed been an awesome experience of a lifetime. However, looking afar at our beloved home, our country being ravished by devastating weather and turmoil has not been pleasant. It breaks my heart being from the deep south of Louisiana to see its neighbors Texas and now Florida being pounded by massive destruction from these hurricanes. Looking at it from afar and experiencing Belgium weather is really quite lovely indeed for us, I mean how the hell can we possibly complain about a little rainshower when we can enjoy riding our bikes throughout this gorgeous environment we have are now becoming accustom to here in Antwerp.

Ronn and the cast of Brasschaate Huisvrouwen have been getting standing ovations for their performances with every performance becoming better than the last. I think it’s safe to say this new challenge for Ronn has been quite a unique hit! Now we are feeling out more wonderful unique opportunities by following our God given talents and desires. You all know how much I love cooking, especially Cajun food, so now it’s been presented a possibility to be the celebrity chef of the evening at a gorgeous restaurant in Antwerp and introduce Gumbo to Belgium with Devin’s Kickass Cajun Seasoning, how can I say no to that? And on top of this we will have a real DevRonn kickass party before we leave to go back home in late October that you guys can join in on, so this is really something we are looking forward to now! There will now be more details about this in Primo Magazine coming soon!

These new changes and challenges that we have been experiencing in Belgium has shown us that we can truly be happy anywhere as long as you are following your heart. There is even a hit song by the fabulous Martine, who has been stealing the show with every performance in Brasschaate Huisvrouwen, as Renske and coincidentally it is called, “Follow Your Heart.” I find myself loving the quiet mornings I get to spend with hubby who still makes my coffee and breakfast every morning while I listen to Prince make his happy little sounds playing with his various toys while I write or plan out surprises for you guys! It makes us happy to hop on our bikes and ride around discovering new and interesting people from Belgium and it is a welcome change in our lives that is bringing us new challenges along the way. It feels so exciting to embrace change for me, I absolutely love changes and challenges! This is how you grown as a human being and much of life’s challenges is what inspires me to write. I will start working on the follow up book to “True Age, Timeless Beauty,” which was about getting life in balance and manifesting your destiny. “True Wisdom, Timeless Spirit” will be about keeping life in balance and maintaining your destiny. I use examples from my own life and the things I’ve learned to share and hopefully inspire you to have the life you deserve! This is the challenge I so desire to do for our world, to live my life as an example with the goal to only share and inspire others through kindness and love. We must stop the hatred and the negativity toward mankind and start being that pebble in a pond that spreads out only love, gratitude and positive desire instead of hate, revenge and negativity.

Our world is in enough turmoil from living in fear, feeling insecure and not having enough or being enough. Mother nature is coughing up all the debris that has littered her by the greed and selfish desire for mankind to control instead of share and love his fellow man. Ronn and I have been seeing history repeat itself watching the series, “Rome” and “The Tudors” recently. You know how much we love “Game of Thrones” which is fiction, but these series were based on history and shows that man hasn’t evolved much over the past few centuries. When will we realize that we are all one and we must not destroy our earth who feeds us? When will be stop polluting our waters which provide life itself, as we are made up of 70% water? When will be realize that hurting others only hurt ourselves? The quest for power, control with no gratitude is a lonely way to live. It is only through love, giving and gratitude that you can truly see and feel happiness and these are the tools that makes you get through any change or challenge that life may throw at you!

Mere words cannot describe our experiences here in Belgium over the past couple of months. We have made lifelong friends and created new and challenging experiences that will last a lifetime! When Ronn agreed to do the variety show, “The Bolle en de Beautiful” he did not know exactly what to expect, since he had never done a live variety show that included comedy and music? Now that it’s almost over with almost 20 live shows under his belt, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive and beautiful to say the least. A filled house of men and women, young and old loving every minute of this amazing cast of talented performers has been a memory we will never ever forget. And we have totally fallen in love with the tiny country of Belgium!

Belgium has beautiful polite people who mostly speak English, as well as, French and German. They are very proud of their wide variety of beers, chocolate and great food and it was Belgium that was the creator of “French Fries” not the  French as most believe because they are call “French Fries.” There is great history in Belgium for being surrounded by much larger countries such as, France, Germany, Holland and England. These bigger countries have all tried to invade this tiny little country and have not prevailed for a reason, because Belgium people are very strong, kind and brave.  As small as they are, they have endured two world wars and have learned to keep their tiny little country theirs, so that says alot about them in my opinion.

The cast of the “The Bolle en de Beautiful” were a small cast of tremendous talent and Ronn has been proud to be a part of such a show. He is now excited to embark on the original theatrical play, “Brasschaatse Huisvrouwen” in a couple of weeks and as usual, has pushed himself to combined endless play rehearsals in conjunction with his performances on “The Bolle en de Beautiful,” which has gotten rave 5 start reviews and has filled the house for every performance! The Belgian people have shown their love and admiration for Ronn and he is most grateful for this opportunity to try new and different creative things at this point in his life. I too am very proud of my husband for taking chances and stretching himself as an artist. He has proven he can do anything he sets his mind to and do it well.

Although we have been busy with Ronn’s play rehearsals and performances, we have taken the time to get some exercise and ride our bikes to the beautiful Brugge, which is called the “Venice of the North.” We are looking forward to our move next week to Antwerp where the play, ‘Brasschaatse Huisvrouwen” will be seen starting on the 8th of September. We are also looking forward to visiting the beautiful city of Gent and going to the horse races next week. The weather has been very pleasant for us because we don’t usually get to see much rain in southern California, so the occasional rain showers or thunder storms has not bothered us in the least. We are looking forward to seeing the colorful fall leaves before we leave in late October.

In the meantime, I have a weekly column in Primo magazine called, “Ronn and Me” for you guys to keep up on past experiences we have had in cities like, De Haan and Brugge since we have been here the past couple of months. We are only half way through our 4 month experience of Belgium and look forward to sharing much much more with you guys. Mr. Prince has been enjoying himself as well with lots of yummy treats from so many wonderful fans, as well as, his various toys he is now collecting. Ronn and I have been so touched by numerous fans bringing us a variety of chocolates, cookies, clothing, cologne and cards telling us how much we mean to them. Well we just want to let you know how much that has touched our hearts and how blessed we feel to have shared this amazing time with all of you!

Please follow us on Instagram for more photos @ronnmoss @devindevasquez @mrprince1999 and be sure to drop us a line on our websites www.devindevasquez.com www.ronnmoss.com and let us know your thoughts. We love hearing from you guys!

It’s been nearly three weeks since we arrived in Europe for Ronn’s performances in Belgium. The first week was rather hectic adjusting to the time change, jet lag and the rehearsals for the premiere VIP performance of the variety show, “The Bolle en de Beautiful” which is already a big hit in Blankenberge. Since this was our first time in this part of Belgium, we found the beaches of Blankenberge were gorgeous. There is a boardwalk of great restaurants and shops near the theater where the weekend performances will be held all summer. And the food in Belgium is amazing, especially the mussels and seafood!

We also explored a bit of the gorgeous town of Brugge, which has picturesque canals throughout the village. We stopped in Antwerp for lunch on our way to Amsterdam and look forward to seeing more of both these cities when Ronn starts the run of the play, “Brasschaatse Huisvrouwen” which is a comedy this fall.  So far our stay in Belgium is turning out to be quite fun and we look forward to bike rides along the beach and throughout the beautiful little town of De Haan.

After that first week of the VIP performances, we learned to our surprise that we had a two week vacation before the actual run of the variety show would start and decided to visit beautiful Amsterdam by car, compliments of Peugeot! So Ronn got to experience driving for the first time in Europe. We were invited to be on the RTL Amsterdam show, “Boulevard” and met up with our DevRonn fanclub members for a drink before that show. Coincidentally, we found that we were staying with dear friends in Breulelen, which is a beautiful little village a half hour outside of Amsterdam. Turns out it’s also the hometown of our very own DevRonn fanclub president, Angelique de Vries!

Ronn is getting so fond of driving the Peugeot that he wanted to take the 8 hour plus drive to visit our dear friend and pop  German artist known for the beautiful bubblegum art of Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, Michael Moebius. We have never really seen Germany and wanted to visit Dresden, so this has become quite an adventure so far! Ronn has been driving very fast because there is no speed limit restrictions in some areas the route here in Germany!

Ronn has upcoming TV shows and appearances in Italy and possibly, St. Tropez, Nice and Amsterdam to look forward to before we leave Europe in late October. Right now, we are enjoying spending some quality time in Dresden and have been staying in the beautiful “Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski” compliments of Michael Moebius. This place is truly amazing and so elegant.

We and Mr. Prince have been enjoying some amazing dinners and made the cover of Primo magazine for Belgium. Seems the magazine editors have been so impressed with our adventures that I have been offered my own weekly column about Ronn and Me while we are here in Europe. So I will surely keep you guys informed up to date on our upcoming adventures with the one and only Mr. Prince also.

We have been in Belgium for a week now and have finally adjusted from the jet lag as Ronn rehearsed for his preview performances of the live musical comedy variety show “De Bolle en de Beautiful,” which we are excited about. Tomorrow is the first of 3 private performance for press and VIP people over the next three days. The actual  performances start on July 22nd in beautiful Blankenberg. In the meantime, DevRonn has an a two week European vacation and will visit friends in Germany, Amsterdam, Paris and Italy! Of course I will be livestreaming and taking you guys with us through our adventure over the next four months that we are based in Belgium. It’s been such a blissful and relaxing time thus far in Belgium. We have already visited the beautiful city of Brugge which is minutes way from the beaches of Blankenberg and plan to go back many more times to take in the gorgeous canals and beauty of its uniqueness. So for now I am feeling blissful in Belgium and will keep sharing more pics and videos, as well as,  social media and here on our blog throughout our summer as we will continue exploring more cities like Antwerp and Gent. Fans of all ages have been wanting to take photos with Ronn as we walk around the town of DeHaan and what’s aweome about Belgium is that most people speak English, as well as, Dutch, French and German depending on where they live. Everyone is so polite and the food is awesome!

Mr Prince is having a ball eating great filet steaks and french fries and he even got to see the New Power Generation perform  in concert and met up with Andre Cymone backstage. He also seems to be enjoying his daddy’s rehearsals and the stage director and crew think he’s a cool dude just like his daddy!

I think my hubby is having is having a great time doing this show and being able to stay for a while in one place! Ronn has some TV appearances and more musical concert surprises coming up this fall that I will be taking you guys to so stay tune and keep following because the best is yet to come!! Wishing everyone back home a great 4th of July!!

It’s hard to believe we are officially in the month of March already! Seems like Christmas was just yesterday and now spring is just around the corner, but after the recent rains we have been having, I’m ready for the change of season and a bit of sunshine. Just as we have the changes of seasons, we must embrace the changes in our lives and look at new beginnings as blessings to embark on new adventures. Since our recent presidential election, we have seen so much division between personal friends due to their beliefs and values. I personally have never known anyone to delete me as a friend due to my religious or political beliefs in the past and found this recent action between personal friends highly unusual. Personally, I feel it’s driven out of fear and makes no sense whatsoever, however, the division and fear present is a very real observation and I have compassion for it. This why I choose to write my thoughts down in hopes of enlightening and inspiring others through example and knowledge from what I’ve learned thus far in this thing called life.

Recently, we have made some new and wonderful friends that share our common values and beliefs, as well as, desire to help lift and enlighten others. These are the new beginnings of amazing relationships that we hope will become life long friendships. It’s sad when you see friends that you were once close to seemingly fall off the face of the earth. It’s even more telling when those once close friends can’t even share, like or retweet anything you post on social media! Truly, it boggles my mind because that’s why it’s called social media, so that we can interact more and be social. I know celebrities that we know personally also that never want to be social with you online, which is so funny to me. It’s like hitting that like, share or retweet button is just not possible although I’ve known them to spy on me in livestreams or follow my social media. I look at this behavior and just shake my head and laugh.

It’s become obvious that so many people are simply out of balance in many areas of life. Balance is the key to being able to handle changes in life and getting your life in balance in all areas is what my book ‘True Age, Timeless Beauty” is all about. I learned how important balance was to all aspects of life and was inspired to write this book over a decade ago to help others understand this. It’s important to balance and health to let go of stress and understand this which is why I’m writing the follow up to that book on keeping life in balance called, ‘True Wisdom, Timeless Spirit.” I truly believe this that it’s so important to lift our fellow human beings up and have compassion for their fears. We are all connected and one in this thing called life and it’s important to start recognizing that. Be the love, the example and the light for others to follow in spite of their fears.

I was so touched recently by a thread on my Facebook page discussing our political differences when a Russian girl joined in and expressed how great it would be to have our countries get along. She went on to express how important it is to control the immigration that is constant in our country and said that from their point of view, immigrants who leave their mother country to come to America for the money are not looked upon fondly. She believes these people should have more pride in their own country and these people are seen as lazy and are not welcome back to their own countries and many were kicked out to begin with. This conversation showed me how different our point of views are and yet how human we all are. Her view was that it is good to be selfish and think first about your own country. She went on to say there is nothing wrong with that, in fact it’s considered right and respectful to do so in their opinion and that we should indeed try it.

After that conversation, I had many other online friends join in from many other countries saying the same thing and I realized how much my voice is being heard in spite of close so-called friends lashing out with hateful comments and half truths or down right crazy antics of wanting to delete their longtime friends and family from their lives just because they disagreed on their views. The bigger picture of how fearful some people are to change was so apparent and that embracing new beginnings would maybe be a challenge, yet necessary for truth growth. I feel we are all at a point in life that the evolution of your mind, body and spirit is necessary and anything or anyone who isn’t on that level should not be a part of your life. Once you evolve to this place it’s really hard to go back to living in fear and it’s not healthy. Stress kills, it ages you and it keeps you out of balance and unable to think clearly. Keeping life in balance helps you conquer fear, stay healthy, maintain positive relationships that are beneficial to growth and like ripples in a pond, we are happier and more prosperous as a result. We are able to handle anything life throws at us and still stay in balance.

So as we embark on embracing these new beginnings as a whole, I’m trying to keep my mind, body and spirit in balance and intend to continue sharing what I’m learning in the this thing called life for as long as I live. Those of you who follow me on Periscope have been in scopes devoted to this very subject in what I call “Peritherapy.” It is through sharing with others that we grow as a whole. We will continue to embrace the new beginnings with excitement and anticipation of new adventures and with hope for only peace and love in our world.

Last week I officially launched my memoir, “The Day It Snowed In April” on my life and time with rock star Prince. It was my way of paying tribute to his unique style and music legacy with a purple theme party in Beverly Hills. The event was held at the home of Brad and Tina Hillstrom, who are natives from Minneapolis. I wanted purple carpet instead of red and for everything to be colored purple in honor of Prince. I even dressed little Prince up in a custom outfit so that he could live up to his namesake for photos.

We had so much rain in the days leading up to the event, I wasn’t sure if the weather would clear up? But it seemed like Prince was surely smiling down on us that day as the sun started to shine! Many long time friends enjoyed listening to Stereo Mike Creamer spin some of Prince’s music that he made during my time with him.

Purple love was in the air and even though it was “Fashion Week” and Grammy week, the purple unicorn singer, Justine Skye stopped by looking fabulous, along with America’s favorite letter turner, Vanna White and classic rock singer, Al Stewart.

Guest enjoyed vegan appetizers by Deliteful meals and chef Karen and purple cupcakes from Swirls. We had a purple punch compliments of Purple Haze and Blackhorn imports. A big thank you to publicist Tiffany Ladner and Anolan for all the organization that went into creating such a memorable afternoon. I gave autographed copies of my book in giftbags along with sponsored gifts from ThinEssence, Delightful meals, Parfaire, Green Leaf, and Expert Insight Publishing.  My gorgeous purse was compliments of Grace Nowak and my hair and makeup was done by Emily and the Four Season’s Salon in Westlake, compliments of Yamaguchi. My hair had a shade of purple in it compliments of Louise at Urban Dyebar and I was driven in style to the party in a Rolls Royce compliments of Royal Exotic cars. Special thanks to William Kidston for all the lovely photos and to my Playmate sisters, Deborah Driggs, Barbara Moore and Sandra Taylor for all the love and support!

Half of the proceeds from my book will go to benefit Prince’s charity, #YesWeCode. This is my way of paying it forward and keeping his desire for children’s education in the forefront of his legacy. I thought it was fitting to officially launch “The Day It Snowed In April” in February, the month of love because of the pure love that I know we all shared for Prince and all the amazing music he gave us. You can get “The Day It Snowed In April” now on Amazon and Barnes and Noble in Hardcover, Paperback and Kindle and the Audio version will be out soon! If you enjoyed the book, share the purple love and give it as gift and please don’t forget to give me a review on Amazon

As I watch the rain trickle into the powered covered snow decks of our cabin here in Lake Arrowhead, I felt like writing my thoughts and feelings down surrounding this past year. I’m sure most of you are in total agreement with me in saying, 2016 sucked the big one!! I personally cannot wait to welcome in 2017, after viewing or experiencing one tragedy after another this past year.

It was awful to start 2016 off with the deaths of our beloved David Bowie, Glenn Frey and Prince! And to end it just as badly with the deaths of our beloved Princess Lea, Carrie Fisher, her mother, Debbie Reynolds one day behind her and George Michael who shared the same birthday month and year as me! Maybe it’s the age of most of the baby boomers and the fact that there are so many of us that can relate strongly to these losses. They were staples of our youth that has passed by way too quickly. We grew up together with their music, movies and images ingrained in our minds forever. They represented how fast and fleeting life truly is to have died so young and/or tragic.

2016 will also mark how divided and split we are as Americans with our political views. And how much change is happening in our world that is right there in your face with social media on a daily basis. It’s hard to ignore the status of our world as a whole and the struggles we are facing as humanity hangs by a thread. If we can survive 2016 and venture into 2017 with any kind of positive optimism for whatever is we have to be grateful for, I believe we may have a chance to take a turn for a much better future. Life is truly a gift that we must cherish each and every day. I’m choosing to remain optimistic about 2017 and wish everyone a blessed New Year, one that is filled with love and great success. We must all dream as big as possible about each year being better than the last because that is what we will ultimately create for ourselves.

I think 2016 is a turning point for mankind to reflect and remember, as we move forward in the great unknown future that is the gift of this life; we are living right here and now. So a toast to 2017, may you shed light on the darkness so many have faced and give us all hope for a brighter tomorrow!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve done a blog and I apologize, but there just hasn’t been much time to do alot of the things I’ve been use to doing. As Ronn and I celebrated our seven year wedding anniversary, it seems life is passing by so very fast and changing even faster. All the talk about politics, ISIS, our environment, the economy, and all the in your face corruption that is just too bad to ignore is getting even more prevalent  Our world has gotten smaller because of social media and the fact that news is so instantaneous due to our advanced technology. It seems to make our world spin even faster and time to move at a different speed like we are running on empty. It seems like mankind has really lost his mind in so many ways. You start to wonder if you are trapped in a bad nightmare and if you will ever wake up?

wedding photo

I’ve always been a positive and optimistic person. It’s how I’ve survived a horrible basically non-existent childhood of abuse and foster homes and I truly believe in the power of your mind and focusing your thoughts on good rather than bad things in life. That’s why I do not watch the news and read about what’s happening instead of obsessing about all the negativity around us. I realize it’s always been there for as long as mankind has been here. It’s just instantaneously in your face 24/7 now. That’s why it’s so important for mankind to wake up and start monitoring their thoughts and feelings. It’s important that we live in love and not a fear based world.

I believe balance is the key to everything here and the only way to keep balance in all areas of life is by being able to feel and think rationally and optimistically about life’s journey. That’s the reason I wrote the book, “True Age, Timeless Beauty” to help people find balance and understand that your thoughts and feelings go hand in hand in manifesting your future destiny or turning back time if you so desire. The power to change things in within you! We cannot control others only ourselves and we must start working together as a united species if we are to have any real growth and enough positive change to overcome the negatives.

true_age_timeless_beauty

It is surely possible to do if we collectively decide to do it! Stop fighting to be right and start working for the good of all concern, which is our whole world. Stop thinking its their problem and not ours because at the end of the day we are all living on this planet together as one species called human beings. I guess I’m just venting a bit in writing this particular blog? Maybe it’s because the season is changing? The election for a new president is around the corner and more changes will surely come as a result of whoever is elected. Right now I wish everyone who take the time to stop and the hatred over just about everything and anything and look at the our world a little more lovingly for all the beauty it offers. Maybe by doing this, your thoughts and feelings may change and we can then all collectively start healing the wounds of so many.

It been a while since I’ve been able to blog because I had computer issues and had no choice but to learn to be without constant communication with the world here for a few weeks! Yes I have my Ipad and phone, but I’m just not able to do some things that I’m use to doing, such as the blog on them. I think the universe wanted to make me do without such constant instant communication to the entire world for a while, so that I could truly focus on other things that needed my attention fully. One of those things has been my new little love that I adopted from the Shelter Hope Pet Shop, Prince!

IMG_6190

Prince is my little tea cup Chorkie who some think it the smallest dog they have ever seen. He is only 2 pounds and is fully grown at two years old. A Chorkie is half Chihuahua, half Yorkie and his owners sadly passed away in a car accident about a month ago, so the family dropped him and his big mutt brother, Chester off to the Shelter Hope Pet Shop for adoption. Many of you know how much I love to do to help save our animals and my girlfriend Kim Sill, who started Shelter Hope Pet Shop is the poster child for saving as many as she can. Kim produced the documentary, “Saved In America” and told me all about this amazing little Prince on my recent birthday. As many of you know, I lost my Shih-tzu, Romeo three years ago and just didn’t want to take on the life-time responsibility of another pet because of the amount of traveling Ronn and I do these days. However, when Kim described the story of how she acquired Prince and his personality, I just had to meet him! Turns out we were a match and he’s been such a joy of love and tranquility that the whole family adores! Ronn, Creason and Calee all love the little guy and I decided to change his name from Spencer to Prince because he reminded me so much of the rock star, Prince. His personality is so quiet, yet he is full of energy and so smart for such a little dog. He also so sweet and lovable and sleeps with Ronn and I, but he’s also quite possessive already of me and barks when Ronn kisses me, which I must Periscope soon because it’s quite funny to watch!

Prince

So my summer has been flying by with dog day afternoons, doggie play dates and doggie cuddling as I’ve been bonding with my new little guy. I’ve also had to shift my attention to real estate this summer, as we are trying to consolidate and simplify our lives by selling off homes in order to down size and get rid of things we aren’t using or don’t need. I’m a firm believer in doing this yearly in all areas of life because sometimes having less is actually more. It’s a sense of freedom from too many issues that need to be addressed that take up time you could be spending with family. As we get older, it’s important to spend more quality time with friends and family because each and every day becomes more and more precious.

IMG_6121

So this summer hasn’t been as social as we are use to because we have had to shift our priorities to focus on new additions to the family, changes in our lives and more quality time with each other. I guess having the computer problems was good for me because it has forced me to put more energy and intimacy at home. Summer has also brought us two more Emmys to add to our home as producers on “The Bay,” which is launching on Amazon Prime next month! If you have an Amazon Prime account you will be able to catch new digitally remastered season one of fourteen episodes and binge into Bayhem! We couldn’t be more proud and excited for you guys to join in on all the exciting things coming up for “The Bay” this fall when the new season two is launched before Christmas! “The Bay” will also be available in Germany, Austria, Japan, UK/Ireland and China. Unfortunately, we do not have distribution in other areas yet and you will not be able to view episodes on the website anymore. We will be adding more countries as we get distribution in those countries. We will also be shooting more episodes this fall and I will keep you guys posted with behind the scene Periscopes from the set!

IMG_6172

In the meantime, I hope your summer breeze is making you feel fine and that life is treating you well with all the love and joy that life has to offer. It’s really the most important thing we can have and the feeling of love and joy will make all things possible even the impossible.

As I celebrated another year on this planet last weekend, I felt extremely grateful to have survived this past year given all the amazing people we have had to say goodbye to so young. It’s been rather emotional for me and I think when I get emotional I sometimes get really quiet and don’t feel much like talking or socializing. So I really didn’t want to do anything for my birthday this year. My birthday reminds of people I grew up with like Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett, both who died on my birthday and how fleeting life can be. However, this year my birthday fell on a Saturday and Ronn has been doing a lot of great music with some of his friends lately and they wanted to throw me a little party. So I told Ronn he could for once be in charge of organizing it and I wanted to keep it small because I just didn’t have the energy for socializing with too many people this year.

IMG_5934

IMG_5933

Our wedding was just over a hundred people and we didn’t even get to eat our dinner from saying hello and goodbye to friends and family throughout the evening. So I didn’t feel I had the energy to do that this year and I have way too many friends and didn’t want to leave anyone out. So I put a very short guest list together of people I had not seen in a while so that I could properly catch up and have fun without stressing over whether or not we would have too many people. We have also decided smaller groups of gatherings are a lot more fun! So if any of my friends who didn’t get invited to this birthday are reading this, please don’t take it personally. I just didn’t have the energy for it and wanted to spend time with friends I don’t get to see often like artist Jon Hul. Jon drove in from Las Vegas and was so amazing on the drums with the boys and he gave me the most gorgeous painting that he did of me and Bettie Page!

IMG_5965

I also had the producer who cast me on Star Search over 30 years ago attend, Michele Buiton who drove in from Palm Springs and Playmate of the Year, Renee’ Tenison and her twin sister Rosie, along with Barbara Moore who I never get to see much of. Our friend Donnie hosted it at his beautiful home and I had one of my favorite liquor sponsors, “Purple Haze” as my birthday punch. Also a special thanks to Nathan  Wheeler of Blackhorn Imports for the Viru Valge Vodka and Rum!  Our very own producers from “The Bay” were gracious enough to be there along with our Bay publicist Tiffany Ladner. So I felt like I had a stress free birthday celebration and I feel nothing but gratitude and blessings right now for all the amazing cards and gifts from so many of you guys.

Right now I still have so much going on because I’m working on a TV project that I will share with you all soon, writing another book and selling our houses to simplify our lives since Ronn is touring more. I want to have less work and more time to socialize in the future. So please be patient with me until I get all my ducks lined up enough to be as social as I’d like to be and just know that I sincerely appreciate all your emails, tweets, postings and comments. Thank you Sue Wong and Jo Hilton for that fabulous Sunday brunch in Malibu and to my wonderful husband for making me feel so special.

Ronn and I just returned from San Francisco where we attended the Periscope Summit compliments of our social media mentor, Alex Khan. It was a nice excursion for us to drive up and spend some quality time with Ronn’s “Bruna In Beverly Hills,” co-star Kim Kopf, who helped make our stay so memorable. As most of you know by now, Periscope was named Apple’s app of the year and is the fastest growing social media platform ever! It is where we hang out the most and engage with you guys daily because it just too much fun!

IMG_4825

I personally love the Periscope community because of the positive engagement, friendships and educational value received daily from people all over the world. Our world is now in the palm of our hands and now it’s possible to interact and share your story, give value to others and help make our world a more beautiful place. I see tremendous growth from Periscope and am thrilled to be a part of this community! It was wonderful to see so many Periscopers from all over the world in person at Summit Live!

Ronn and I met the founder of Summit Live Ryan Bell, who came with his wife and kids from Georgia. It was also a pleasure to meet the guy who I learned most of what I know about Periscope from, Alex Khan. I found Alex to be a very tall, 6’5″ and handsome guy that is quickly becoming a Periscope superstar! His scopes not only teach you the latest tips and tricks on Periscope, but his positive demeanor and knowledge of business and social media make him one of the best go-to guys on Periscope.

IMG_4829

Another Periscope favorite, Dana Garrison is simply adorable with her kitty ears and her wonderful personality that I had to invite her to join woman to woman and will be interviewing her soon! Chocolate Johnny came all the way from down under, but ironically didn’t know who Ronn and I were??  Our friends from Vinium Wines sponsored the opening night with their amazing wine and the talented Mr. Salas that is Frank Salas, from Austin is also someone I was looking forward to meeting and collaborating with. There is even a documentary on how Periscope is changing lives that the summit released a trailer on here.

Kim treated me to a Sumba class at the Bay club which is located right across the street from Netflix who just so happens to be looking at “Bruna In Beverly Hills” next week! We went out to a lovely dinner last night in Los Gatos and unfortunately Kim fell ill with the flu and Ronn has been fighting allergies all weekend, so we decided to cut the summit panels short and get back home. Looking forward to seeing you all this week on Periscope!

We are getting settled into our brand new year and I want to apologize for not blogging as much as I usually do, but our December was a bit hectic. We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and that your new year is off to a great start! Personally, new beginnings are always exciting and full of great expectations and we believe this year will bring us lots of beautiful things that will help us all grow as human beings.

As we get older, I believe our prospective on what is really important changes. Nurturing our spirits and spending quality time with friends and family become more and more important. Probably because we gain the wisdom of realizing just how very short our time on this planet is. We have made a lot of new friends online because both Ronn and I have been live streaming regularly and quite like the interaction we get from both Periscope and Facebook Live.

9201

Because of live streams is another reason I just haven’t been blogging quite as much. It seems to be a much more immediate connection that get from doing them. So I have now made a schedule of live stream scopes that you can follow on Periscope where I cook with you guys, take you to red carpet events and parties, share my beauty and health tips and get into deep discussion in what I call, peritherapy. I also giveaway monthly prizes such as Devin’s Kickass Cajun Seasoning, autographed DVDs, photos, trading cards and clothing! So join me on Periscope for daily broadcasts and let’s get to know each other better there!

Ronn loves Facebook Live and is now doing his Ronn’s Garage from there. You can comment and follow him by subscribing when he’s’ live so that you know when he’s going live in the future and interact with him on a regular basis there. It’s also a cool way to really keep up with his latest concerts and behind the scenes of what we are doing now and what’s coming up!

I will still blog and keep you guys updated here on key things, but if you really want to keep up with us live streaming is where we will be. You can also catch up on all the broadcasts you missed by going to Katch.me. We hope to see you all in one of our future broadcasts!

Happy New Year!!

We now are counting down the days until Bayhem mania returns with all new episodes of The Bay on December 1st! And these new episodes will blow you away with what is about to happen to some of your favorite characters! I know many of you are wondering how Sara will do in prison and what happens to Janice after she’s raped? I’m sure you may be wondering if John Blackwell is bringing them all down and how he will do it? Well all I can tell you is that you won’t be disappointed and you will be drooling for much much more Bayhem in 2016!

Our Bay family and selected invited press will be treated to a private party at Doma in Beverly Hills the day before our big release for a premiere of The Bay’s new debut. You will be able to see The Bay on their website every Tuesday and Thursday in December and we will be filming more episodes also in December! I will of course be periscoping live for you behind the scenes of what’s happening with some of your favorite actors as they prepare for what is surely to be our best season!

Ronn and I are so grateful to be part of a such a creative team of talent and look forward to sharing some more surprises that is in store for The Bay. Our creator, executive producer and writer, Gregori J. Martin has personally said he is extremely proud and excited about these new episodes! We are so thankful to be spending our Thanksgiving holiday this year at home with family and friends after being away the past two years. So we want to wish our American friends a wonderful and safe holiday!

FBF THE BAY Cast w logo

As we get ready for holiday cooking, decorating and parties, we wanted to add some items to our Ebay Stores in time for Christmas, including Ronn’s ipad! So be sure and check the store often as I plan to put up new items throughout the next couple weeks! Also be sure and leave a comment on Ronn’s guestbook and sign up to become a Player Angel on his newly revised website!

It’s been six years since Ronn and I have been to the Netherlands and I have never been to Belgium, so this will be a trip I’m looking forward to. It was always difficult to take in the gorgeous cities Ronn and I would travel to in the past due to his demanding schedule on B&B. But now we are free to take our time and enjoy each and every city we visit. As most of you know, Ronn will be performing in concert with DeRomeos on October 24th. There will be an exclusive meet and greet for our DevRonn Fanclub members and you will be informed on more details soon.

DevRonn Meet & Greet

Ronn Moss Meet & Greet

We have various meetings of interest on projects that are forming and DevRonn related interest in Ronn’s BBQ sauce and my spice, along with business dinners and lunches. However, we will have time to take in the sights and beauty of the fall weather and we are so looking forward to that! The heat has been unbearable and we both are really tired of the constant summer that we have had to endure in Southern California recently. Our city desperately needs rain right now, so we hope that change comes soon for us.

Tristan, Caroline, Jackie, Celeste

This past week has been rather busy due to a shoot for the cast of “The Bay” in Malibu at the new home of my best friend Caroline Cusumano, which made it an ultra fun shoot. Look for “The Bay” to release their new shows real soon and be prepared to be in awe! These will be the most intriguing season jam packed with suspense, excitement, drama and sex appeal. I see nothing but praise for our amazing cast and crew!

I plan to scope the highlights of our trip on Periscope so you can feel like you are there with us. So please follow both Ronn and I on Persicope so you don’t miss out on all the fun! We look forward to sharing our adventure in an up close and personal way. We plan on keeping our fanclub members meet and greet small and intimate so we can spend some quality time with you guys that’s why being a member has it’s privileges! There is also a meet and greet opportunity available for those of you attending the concert to meet Ronn! There have been revisions done on Ronn’s website and more surprises coming!

Ronn Moss & DeRomeos

It’s hard to believe the past six years have flown by so fast! Seems like yesterday Calee was shorter than me and I was making my wedding day plans. Boy oh boy times sure have changed in these past six years and Friday we will celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. I couldn’t have picked a better groom and life couldn’t be better than it is now. I am so grateful for our health and well-being first and foremost. I am also grateful for our online family and all your love and support throughout these years of transition.

Our first wedding

Many of you have become dear sweet friends online and some of you we’ve met in person. Some of you we are greatly looking forward to meeting in our upcoming appearance to the Netherlands next month. We cherish our online family of fans from around the world and lately have gotten to know you even better with Periscope. Those of you who are following us there know that I have been doing cooking scopes, makeup scopes and chats on a regular basis the past few weeks. We have been enjoying Periscope so much that I haven’t been blogging as much as usual because I’ve taken you with me to so many events such as, Emmy gifting suites, parties and very soon you will get to travel with us!

Our second wedding reception

Ronn and I are looking forward to scoping more frequently with you guys and interacting with you as we travel, as well as, giving you behind the scenes sneak peeks on the sets with us when we film upcoming projects. I think we will have even more fun together and suggest you all follow us so that you can personally interact instantly on Periscope. You can go to Ronn’s Periscope and my Periscope and hit the follow button and never miss out on a broadcast!

Italian wedding copy

It was so cool that Ronn took some of you right on stage with him and Ambrosia, Robbie Dupree and Stephan Bishop with his scopes in Kentucky and Mississippi. I felt like I was right there with him! So we look forward to celebrating our sixth wedding anniversary this Friday and sharing a little bit of our everlasting love with you on Periscope with a live chat then!

As the boiling heat of summer has seemed to subside and we ease into September, I thought it was fitting to have a end of the summer JamParty for several reasons. One reason was I had promised 14 year old Carly, who you remembered shared my birthday Jam with me, and ended up in the hospital because she was in a diabetic coma!  Carly had sang “Baby Come Back” at our birthday party and that was the only thing she responded to in the hospital when she was in a coma. So I promised her I would get the boys together so she could sing “Baby Come Back” again and cook her gumbo because she’s a Louisiana girl.

Secondly, AMBROSIA and PLAYER have been bonding during their summer tour and it was an excuse to get them together for a good old fashion Jam. Ronn wanted me to keep this JamParty small because we have been so exhausted from traveling and shooting both “Bruna In Beverly Hills” and “The Bay” that we just didn’t have the energy to entertain too many people. Besides, we wanted to have time to actually talk to our guests. And it was so nice to finally have a weekend at home that we could spend with a few friends we hadn’t seen in a while, like my Playmate sister, Barbara Moore.

IOT Graduations

It was also nice to catch up with Jimmy Carnelli, Rob Math and Jawn Star who jammed the night away with Ray Parker Jr and Dave Amato from REO Speedwagon. We had to do this Jam on a Monday because it was the only day that all these musicians weren’t working or away on tour and trust me, it wasn’t easy to coordinate everyone’s schedules. Plus, it turned out that school started that day and we still had a couple of people that couldn’t make it. Nevertheless, it was a fun Monday night that I believe is start of many more to come.

Summer just flew by so fast this year for us, so an end of the summer JamParty was a great topper to a really fun summer! Many of you know by now, that Ronn and I will be traveling to Belgium for his guest appearance with De Romeos in concert on October 24th. You may get your tickets here. I’ve never been to Belgium and am greatly looking forward to that! Ronn has also been guesting on their popular TV show, “Familie” this past week as a secret agent.

Primo

There are a few more concert dates for PLAYER and AMBROSIA in mid September and I highly recommend you catch one of them if you can. Since they are both west coast bands, you may see more of them in upcoming concerts on the west coast soon. In the meantime, you check out a bit of our end of the summer JamParty!

Rock the Yacht

It’s pretty apparent our world has gotten smaller, socially speaking. We communicate much differently than we did a decade ago and we can socialize with alot more people. It also apparent that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube have helped change our way of socializing and communicating instantly around our world. If you are a business and don’t have an online presence you will be left in the dust by your competitor that does. We now shop online for just about anything and everything and because technology has caught up with real time streams of video that we can now do from our phones, we are more social than ever before.

It’s a matter of time, convenience and instant gratification that we love and desire now. Our children have grown up video chatting with several friends at a time, unlike our generation who actually spoke to one person at a time on rotary dial phone. Our world has changed and is constantly changing rapidly into something that seems to be hard to keep up with. Just when you figured out Facebook, there’s another form of social media to learn. The latest is Periscope which I find easy, fast and fun and I predict will be the next big thing to have a grasp on. Why? Because there is nothing like being able to share video or an instant visual on what is happening in your life with the world if that’s what you desire?

Yacht Rock Revue

Scoping things out socially on Periscope with daily scopes will become the best way to check in on friends and family from around the world. Ronn and I introduced Periscope to the Yacht Rock Revue boys in Atlanta and many of you followed them directly on stage from my scopes this past weekend. It was mind boggling to have fans tune in from Japan, Russia, Canada and Italy all from one scope. Many of you thanked me and told me you felt like you were right there with us. As most of you know, we were doing Livestream chats, but there needed to be a strong Internet signal to keep things live and streaming without any buffering issues. Periscope seems to work anywhere and it works really well. You can really instantly chat with people worldwide and by tapping your screen give multiple colored hearts to the broadcaster to show if you like what they are saying or doing.

Periscope

Socially, this will surely be the next best thing to being there in person and what’s not to love about the power behind it professionally speaking? I have always loved marketing, it’s what I’m most passionate about doing. If I love or believe in something, I will shout it out and brag about to everyone. I also love sharing and have always been a giving person. It amazes me how some people online are not that way and will refuse to share or retweet something. That’s really what makes the web such an amazing thing is sharing and bringing our world together, making us all a bit closer.  I believe a person’s action online says alot about them as a person. The ones who refuse to share online or retweet isn’t a very giving person, obviously. I mean it’s really not a big deal to hit that button and it certainly doesn’t take a lot of time because you can do it from your phone now. So sharing really is caring and says alot about someone.

I love the scopes that share valuable information and teach things I may not have known. I am so happy to share and follow those people who are bringing positivity and light to others. So with that knowledge I share with you Periscope and hope that you will follow Ronn and I there so we can chat often, take you on trips with us and share more of our inner selves with you there. Just download the app and give it a try. I think you will not only find it entertaining and fun, but it just may make you feel a bit more connected to your friends around the world. When you view a scope, be sure to share it with your friends and tap the screen multiple times and give the broadcaster lots of hearts because the more the love you give, the more you will receive right back. The universe works in strange and magical ways and sometimes information is given to you at the perfect time. In this vast universe we are all tiny little specs of living matter that are all part of a whole anyway. So don’t be afraid to share who YOU are with the world.

Once upon a time in a mansion unlike any other, there lived a man who made his life a fantasy. He threw the most beautiful and unique parties. Once such party was called, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and everyone was required to wear their most creative sleepwear. Fairies and butterflies fluttered about, while women and snakes danced and everyone merrily ate the most delectable foods.

There was music and laughter throughout this mansion, yet the man who made his life a fantasy was not in attendance. He graciously let his friends and guests enjoy his beautiful party as this had become a yearly tradition. As painted naked ladies danced the night away, stories of past “Midsummer Night Dreams” were told by those who relished telling them.

Tales of couples falling in love or lust, visions of exotic and erotic costumes and a fantasy creation of one man’s vision that has now lasted over a half of a century! Old and new friends gather to feast their senses on one night during the summer that makes “Midsummer Night’s Dreams” come true.

Those who were on the exclusive list of people invited were totally in awe of what they saw and had sweet dreams of all that was beautiful and good in the world. There was a glorious full blue moon that was shining brightly enough for magic to happen, as bunnies hopped along with fairies and goddesses spreading love and joy to all.

As most of you know, Carly, who I celebrated my birthday with was hospitalized a couple days after our celebration and nearly died. She was in a diabetic coma for a while and only responded to “Baby Come Back,” ironically because her last fondest memory was singing it with PLAYER at our jam party. We are thrilled Carly is back with us after such a scary incident and look forward to having her sing that song again with the band as soon as she’s is out of the hospital and able. Life is so fragile and as time goes on becomes even more precious. Just to wake up each and every day is indeed a gift and a blessing that we should never take for granted. Ronn and I spent the 4th of July weekend attending parties at the Playboy mansion seeing old friends and making new ones at the home of fashion designer, Sue Wong and REO Speedwagon’s drummer, Brian Hitt.  It was so great to have a fun weekend to enjoy ourselves and Ronn wanted to see as many friends as possible before the Rock The Yacht Tour with PLAYER, Little River Band and Ambrosia starts on the east coast.

FullSizeRender-1

We relished having such a fun weekend and decided to also take some quality alone time in the mountains together. It was then that I learned that my co-star of the 80’s high school movie, “Can’t Buy Me Love” had passed away at age 43 only days before her own birthday. I was in total shock and disbelief because Amanda Peterson was just too young to possibly be gone. My first thought was this was an Internet hoax. However, the sad reality of the truth set in when I saw it displayed by so many magazines and news outlets.

 amanda-peterson-01-435

I thought back to the precious time I worked with this sweet amazing girl who was only 16 when we met. “Can’t Buy Me Love” was shot on location in Tuscon, Arizona for nearly a month in early 1987. It was my first speaking role in a film and most of cast was younger than me. I remember the first scene we shot was  when Cindy and Ronald break up in front of everyone at school and she slaps him. Amanda was so great, such a calm and seasoned actress. I was in awe of her instantly. We could all feel that this film was going to be a hit, so it was no surprise that Disney picked it up and got the rights to the Beatles’ song, “Can’t Buy Me Love,” changing the title of the film to be that and also making it a summer sleeper hit in 1987.

CBML_17

Thoughout the years, I have been asked if there would ever be a “Can’t Buy Me Love” reunion or sequel, but Patrick Dempsey and Seth Green were just too busy and Amanda retired from acting many years ago, so that was never meant to be.  Yet, that film was forever etched in many teenager’s minds as part of their youth. The film just resonated with so many. I have had many moments in my career that I have been proud of and this one is one of my fondest memories. Amanda Peterson will live on in our hearts and “Can’t Buy Me Love” will go on to become a classic high school film with an awesome message; that most people can relate to almost three decades later! So with love and light we send our dear Mandy to be with the angels because that’s who she was and where she is now.

June 25th is my birthday and it fell on a Thursday this year, so I really wasn’t thinking of doing much more than going out to dinner with the family. I didn’t feel like I could possibly top my big blowout a couple of years ago anyway. However, I found out a very special young lady named Carlyn had her 14th birthday the day after mine and she too was from my home state of Louisiana. Now Carlyn is pretty special because she is also part of our “Bay Family” which consists of quite a lot in cast and crew. Carlyn’s mother is our Bay publicist and Carlyn has diabetes. So when she expressed with such excitement that we should celebrate our birthdays together this year; I just couldn’t resist doing it to see her beam up with joy.

IMG_2320

Carly as we call her, was already planning what kind of cake we should have while we were filming the Bay and even though I didn’t have throwing a birthday party on my mind, it was impossible not to do it for her. I thought a good old fashion house party would be perfect. Plus, we haven’t had a Potluck Jam Party in quite some time. It kind of went with being a Louisiana girl to have everyone bring a dish and participate. I wanted to take the time to spend with Carly and some of my girlfriends who I had not seen in a while. So it was awesome to hang out in the pool and Jacuzzi with the girls, while we watched Ronn and his buddies grill.

 IMG_2318

Throughout the day, other friends joined us and brought over more food. Some of my girlfriends have autistic children and they joined Carly, along with PLAYER and some new and old musician friends we were excited to hear sing. One of those friends was the $100,000 Star Search winner in the singing category from my year, Miss Peggi Blu. I had not seen Peggi in 30 years, so this was such a blessed treat. She was joined by Guns n Roses Keyboardist, Chris Pittman and New Zealand’s Steve Cooke. Vocalist, Shannan Rene’ Parks brought the house down with her powerful voice and Carlyn surprised everyone and sang, “Baby Come Back.” I also got to hear our 16 year old Calee sing with PLAYER, and like her daddy, she’s got the music in her! Our little flower girl, Trease Baker showed off her set of pipes as well, and she’s only eight!

I cooked red beans and rice and we also had grilled BBQ chicken, amazing salads, fried chicken, potato salad and watermelon. It felt like we were right back in the south the way we were carrying on eating, drinking and dancing to some killer music! The evening flew by and needless to say, both Ronn and I were completely exhausted by 1am, which was around the time the last of our guests left. I had to see Ronn off the next day as he joined Ambrosia in Oklahoma for the start of their summer tour. So I’ve been left alone to rest and relish what an amazing birthday I had and how blessed I was to have shared it with Carly. I didn’t expect to have received so many amazing gifts, from flowers, orchids, perfume, candles, scarves, handbags, makeup bags, champagne, wine glasses, martini glasses, crystal candle holders, wine and gift certificates, cards and DVD movies, my birthday was filled with love, laughter and blessings galore!

 IMG_232110404254_10207373036466385_1982661625649247356_n

I felt 25 again and decided to switch my numbers to this birthday to reflect just that. I mean 50 is the new 30 right? Age is just a number anyway and I certainly felt good on my birthday just to keep up the pace with all those kids around me! We jammed the night away and it seemed to just fly by so fast leaving us wanting more. They say like energy attracts like energy and the energy all day was magnetic. We were all on a great high from the love and positive energy around us. It gave me such joy to feel that and to share it with Carlyn!

After an intense week of shooting “The Bay” we wrapped last Friday and I can honestly say; it will be the best season ever to look forward to! Ronn had a blast with John Blackwell and I think we will look forward to adding more Emmys to our mantel next year!

With Summer just around the corner, it was time for some Barbeques and that meant having a few friends over to celebrate the season finale of “Game of Thrones.” I kinda wasn’t feeling it most of the season and didn’t really enjoy it until I saw the last two episodes. The finale was an excuse for some of the die- hard watchers to come over to eat some meat and drink some wine. Ronn has his own goblet with a dragon on it, so he was pumped and ready!

This month is also my birthday, so we decided to do one of our Potluck Jam Parties so that we can visit with many of our friends before Player starts their tour with Little River Band and Ambrosia. This will be a great way to kick off celebrating summer because there is nothing like great food and friends hanging out by the pool with barbeques and great music!

Ronn and I enjoyed meeting author, Charles Dubow of the novel, “Girl In The Moonlight” at the home of my pal, Tina Hillstrom and it was also there that Ronn was presented with an original painting of John Lennon, compliments of artist, Josee Nadeau. If you recall, Josee was a guest on “Ronn’s Garage.” So we are looking forward to more gatherings this summer with friends as Player embarks on their tour, maybe at a city near you? In the meantime, you can keep up with us by subscribing to this blog or following us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

We hope you will celebrate summer with your friends and family and a little bit of DevRonn at your next barbeque, because that’s what summer is really all about, right?

Our Bay family has been on a world wind of energy since our first Emmy win for “Best Drama New Approaches” and our producing team is stepping it up a notch this season. We have all been working really hard to get ready for the best season ever! And after reading the next two chapters written by our talented executive producer/creator, Gregori Martin, I can honestly say it’s going to be quite awesome!

brandnewbanner_hard

We are all excited about the Bayhem mania that is taking place on the Internet. Seems there is quite a buzz about “The Bay” and what will happen to Sara Garrett. We know you are also wondering about Janice now that her daughter knows that her mother has been sleeping with her ex-boyfriend Peter and of course the dark and mysterious John Blackwell’s vendetta against his father who is the mayor of Bay City.

I can tell you there will be alot of suspense, surprises and of course dramatic moments in store for the new season, and some exciting new characters added to our already amazing cast. As a result of our Emmy win, it seems Bayhem mania is just beginning around the world, as more and more countries get interested in “The Bay.”

TERRI+2

We will start shooting our next season at the end of May into mid June and Ronn and I are really looking forward to it. The wonderful energy that has organically been created by our amazing team of producers is infectious and there is no doubt we will be looking at winning a few more Emmys next year!

banner_about

Needless to say, Ronn and I will be total busy bees for the next few weeks. So I hope you all will go watch the past season of “The Bay” if you haven’t yet, so that you can get into the Bayhem spirit and understand why Bayhem mania is just beginning! So fasten your seat belts and enjoy the ride.!!
